I have to say, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Avery is his name, helped me step by step work out the problem I was having with my phone and knew how to navigate it all with such a positive attitude. There are quite a few mobile hubs in Morayfield and no doubt who I would use again in the future

Great service. The staff are friendly and happy to help. Also happy to refer you elsewhere if need be. Prices are great and installation is included in the price of most products, even multi-packs. Have learnt the hard way to skip cheaper prices for products offered online and come here for great product at a great price served with a smile!

They only give excuses not solutions
No regard for people who work

Paid $99 for apparently, the best screen protector for Samsung 20 ultra, they stated that it wouldn't lift or crack, like the cheaper protectors, we were told to keep receipt for 12 month warranty. Screen protector has lifted and started chipping away, morayfield store has refused to honour the warranty and told us we had damaged it. Absolutely unprofessional service, clearly tell lies to sell cheap and nasty products and won't honour warranty.

Had a problem hearing on my Samsung S8 Jai checked and cleaned speaker at no charge come highly recommended. Thanks

Very friendly staff but I was disappointed they don't sell huawei phone cases. I thought they might as it says they are Huawei collection point.

Absolutely fantastic service with great staffs. I had a charging port problem on iPhone 11 and they fixed it. It was busy time but the technician served me and explained what was wrong with, and cleaned the port so it comes back to normal without any payment. I'd recommend this honest and reliable service place and technician Chris.

Had an issue with my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (with ph: capabilities), which nobody wished to touch, due to complexities. Chris clearly explained the guidelines; under which he wished to work & got on to it; like a “duck taking to water “ and fixed with dexterity. Now I keep telling all my mates, my experience, @ “Happy-Tel” of my “Tel”! -

Amazing! Broke my iPhone 6 screen, they fixed it in 30min. Afterwards my phone data and wifi wasn’t working, brought it in the next day expecting another 30 minutes fixing but the guy did some quick fix and fixed everything and for free! Also got my dad a new heavy duty phone case. Absolute life savers!

Took our daughters phone in as it wasn’t charging Chris was fabulous it was just a dirty port. He cleaned it and said if we have any problems just bring it back didn’t even charge us will definitely use him for our future phone issues

After paying $110 for a glass screen protector to be put on my Samsung 10 I had it lift within 2 days. After calling they assured me it would be replaced. As I live 1.5 hours away I said it would be 2 weeks before I would be back and they said as long as I have the receipt it was fine. Within a week all along the sides had cracked and peeled. When I got there they refused to replace it and tried to blame my gel phone case for cracking the screen. My phone has never been dropped or even bumped. When I said I was disappointed and would take the matter further I was met with the man telling me to "go for it"
If I could give zero stars I would.
