Fabulous and quick service for a couple new screen protectors! HappyTel does a great deal where you can get a better screen protector with free replacements and two screen replacements if needed.

My regular phone repair shop for all my needs, the multiple broken screens. Friendly staff and extremely helpful.

I have used Happytel at Pac Fair at least half a dozen times. They have always been helpful, friendly and reasonably priced. Their no-questions-asked screen protector replacement policy is fabulous and hassle-free. I recommend them to everyone.

The 2 blokes working there today did a great job and were a lot of help. Got my iPhone screen fixed in about 30 mins.

The staff are amazing and went well beyond expectations helping us resolve a really bad iPhone battery issue! They even worked after the shop had closed to get it sorted and make my daughter very happy! Couldn’t recommend highly enough! They even deserved a box of chocolates while we waited!

Was on holiday staying at Broadbeach. During my holiday, my iPhone 7+ stopped charging and was rapidly losing battery. I have had problems with the battery in the past. I replaced the battery and was good for around 6 months and had to play up on my holiday I searched for the nearest phone repair shop and HappyTel came up at Pacific Fair. A lovely gentleman at the store by the name of Hibin was kind enough to replace the battery and charge it during the day while I enjoyed my pass at the Theme Parks. I was then able to use my phone overnight and he very kindly charged the replacement battery the next day also so I would have enough for the trip home before I now have an iPhone 13 thankfully. Highly recommend getting visiting HappyTel and getting in contact with Hibin as he is also a certified apple repair that has the tools they have

I had a very bad experience. I went to get a new battery for my phone. It’s an iPhone. They did the battery and then advised me that it wasnt an iPhone battery they had put in. I said that I wanted an iPhone battery. The lady told me they have to order them from apple. I asked her to do that and she said she would call me in a week to 10 days. I never heard back! And the new battery that they supposedly put in is no better than my old one. It’s drains just as fast and overheats the phone when charging. I am one very unhappy customer!

Excellent customer service! Fixed our iPad perfectly. Allowed us to use their charger. Went above and beyond to help us out.

$80 for two pack Apple Watch screen protector. The first one cracked for no reason, it didn’t hit anything. One minute it was ok the next broken. The second didn’t stick without the blue light thing. $80 down the drain. My friend had one put on a galaxy watch 4, the guy told her the bubble would disappear. It didn’t they refused to change it. Don’t use these people for anything.

I bought an expensive protective film here a few months ago. The staff said they would put it on for me if I paid more, and when I came back, my cell phone screen seemed new. Today I realized as I was going to put on a new film that my screen had a lot of scratches. The staff didn't put anything on my phone screen. She's a con artist. This is ridiculous.

Terrible experience here meaning I won’t be back after coming here for months and purchasing multiple screens and cases over a 12 month period. The care plans they sell are not what they explain to you on purchase.

Came here to get my screen fixed for a galaxy 20ultra. The screen looks brand new in quality and was a quick turn around, even with getting the parts in they needed to do the job. Also ot only the best price but absolutely amazing service and help all throughout. Couldn't recommend a better place to go to for any phone repair or accessory needs.

Had a $100 screen protector applied to my brand new phone as I was told it was the very best available for my phone type. Lasted less than 3 days before cracking. 100% certain that phone wasn't dropped or knocked. Was told there is no guarantee and I would have to purchase another one. Disgusted!

Excellent customer service. Went in for battery change on iPhone 6. In the process the screen cable got stuck and broke. Offered to replace screen free. Then another problem occurred with the repair. All said and done, new battery, new screen and cables for $71 (original quoted price). Not their fault it happened but they accepted it. Well done.
