Absolutely brilliant service from the ladies at Happytel.they were quick and efficient.
If you buy a screen protector from these guys, you get a free one under warranty how good is that and it was free for a full screen replacement and protector.

Came to same place for all phone case needs, they are always great with service and very helpful.

The man working today was so friendly and great customer service despite there being a bit of a queue building up he took time to ensure my new phone protector and case was perfect

I have being may find new friends on our next happytal since we are going to have different people work there, but you guys are still the best who completed and made my day good and I love making josh laugh sometimes memorable.

Josh is very arrogant, speaks rudely to other staff and degrading to female clients. Not sure why Happytel keeps him employed. I would love to speak to head office about some of the inappropriate behaviour I have witnessed from Josh

Amazing service. Liam was able to fix my daughters 2 day old frozen iPhone with ease. He took the time to make sure we understood how to avoid the same issue recurring. Just a really great guy.

If giving zero stars was an option I would have clicked it. Disgusting customer service, whomever the male working today (15/02/2023) is, he is the reason you’ve lost multiple sales today and I wouldn’t be surprised if this isn’t the first day you’ve lost multiple sales due to his putrid attitude towards people majority of them being women. He needs to remember that he doesn’t work at tiffany and co, he literally works at a device repair and case shop in Ipswich so he has no right to be talking to people like they can’t afford the products you sell.

Wouldn’t even give a star. They’re rude, can’t even fix a phone properly, and when my phone screen popped off they blamed me and tried to still charge me money to “refix” I refused then “discounted” it I paid it and it fukin broke again and popped off & there prices are a joke.

Josh helped my wife sort iPhone problem.very helpful.wouldn’t hesitate to take your phone here.

Went in today with a screen protector to be fitted to my godsons phone, was told they don't usually do it for free as they sell those protectors, but to my delight they fitted it for me anyway. Thank you very much from a grateful old bloke.

Josh helped Michaela with removing my Garmin watch band. Yes, not a phone, but they have the tools and the give-anything-a-go attitude. It probably helped that I bought a phone case earlier in the day too.

Terrible customer service. Customer who arrived after me got served before me. Staff not remotely friendly or helpful. Waited 15 minutes for service only to be told no can't help you. It's a big NO from me.
