Gets a faulty battery put in, screen protector on with bubbles in it so it cracked without dropping it the next day, didn’t replace the screen protector after their own mistake. Never got contacted for 2 weeks I kept trying to put my phone in under warranty cos they gave me a bad battery that didn’t last at all, they just used my part everytime they got it in for other people instead after saying they would hold it for me. No one contacted me after being told yeah you’ll get a call when it’s in. This was my 4th phone repaired with them now I’m going else where.

I took my phone yesterday to change the screen and I received an excellent service. Later that day I realised there was a problem on the receiver and I took it today to see if it was fixable. Luckily René fixed it in less than one hour and I just want to leave this comment to congratulate her on the amazing job she did fixing the issue! I highly recommend this place!

Dropped my phone & lost the display, took it in here to be repaired & they did a fantastic job

The service I received was exceptional. I highly recommend the two ladies who attended me.

Had to stand at the counter for 25 minutes waiting to pick up my iPad, even though I was told what time to be there. No one in the shop, no sign saying when they would be back. Ends up the guy was sitting in a chair two metres from me playing on his phone. No attempt to tell me he was on a break! Really?

I understand your frustration for allegedly not seeing the sign that was just in front of your eyes and I also understand that you got upset with yourself when I pointed out at the sign and asked you if you've seen it, during the "25 minutes of wait". However what I don't understand is why should you lie about the whole situation on an online review? ! Does it make you feel better? Let me tell you that it makes me feel BAD! I had a long day working by myself and when I could finally take a short lunch break (that I have the right to take), I had to hear you yelling swear words and then I even have to waste my time to write this instead of enjoying some family time.

Can't say enough about the amazing staff here, they were extremely helpful when I needed my phone repaired. I believe the two staff that helped me were Sam and Kim and I'm so grateful for them going above and beyond for me. I will only be visiting these guys in the future.

Absolute rip off. Online quote to replace a part was $159. When I picked it up was told the part didn't need replacing just had a broken solder. They charged $100 labour for what must have been a 10 minute job AND $100 for the solder. Must have been in shock because it didn't hit me until later how I had been totally ripped off.

My mobile phone got moisture in it at work and it was not responding to the recommended fixes, so I went to Phone Adore and spoke with Leah and her friendly team. Leah gave me a couple of options to fix the problem and suggested using their special phone oven which I accepted. I came back 20 minutes later and the phone passed all Leah's tests and now works normally again. I highly recommend Phone Adore at Kawana Shopping World for their friendly and expert service and will use them again.

Do yourself a favor - don't waste your money! My friend has never cracked, in 2 years with the screen protectors she use. She let these guys put on a 40$ one, "extremely durable, plastic material, the new thing" and the screen cracked the next day. Francesco (?) Manager was unpleasant and rude and would not refund the protector, even though the cost of a screen repair is much higher than that. You can't trust these guys for service or products.

Such great customer service! These guys are fantastic. I'm going to recommend them to everyone.

Took 1 hour. Great price. Lovely honest staff. Leah fixed my phone. She was fantastic. Super busy on a late night shopping and still managed to get it done. Great.

Great customer service done today. I had a problem with my phone and went in there to ask. Although it was not repairable, they put so much efforts trying to fix and did not charge. Thank you.

firstly I would like to say that I am sorry that you are not happy with one of our product.

I would also like to point out that I have never been rude to you, in fact I'm never rude to anyone especially at work.

The functionality of a screen protector is to give an extra protection to the screen of a phone. It doesn't guarantee that the screen won't be cracked with a drop and we don't give false promises in regard.

You came to the store saying that you woke up and the screen of your phone was cracked without even dropping it and were demanding a refund for a product that has no defects nor had a chance to be put at test since the cracks on the screen starts from the metal frame and completely outside of the screen protector area.

I also wonder how can a screen be cracked just for staying untouched?

Also I am sorry if I looked unpleasant to you just because I didn't agree to a refund.

The staff here are amazing, leah was very kind and helpful. I've brought many of my family members phones here and it is always a stressfree experience. The prices are amazing especially since they always manage to have my phones finished within an hour or so. Would definitely recommend this store.
