Phone Adore

Got my screen replaced for $160 and the touch isnt same. It doesn’t work at any angle only if phone is 100% straight in your face. The brightness has gone down with screen protector and touch plays around. Today i asked for back replacement, they quoted $350? ! This is iphone 11 pro, available online for $500. Why would i spend $160 for cheap low quality non genuine front flimsy protector and then $350 for back when i can buy a whole new phone for $500. Avoid at all costs! They will take all your money and not admit its their fault. I did take phone back and the guy kept staring at my face blank as if he doesn’t understand what i was saying.

I bought a case here few month ago, and i’m really happy with it. It still works well and the staff’s were really friendly and kind too.

Excellent customer service. My phone screen was shredded and phone slightly bent. Did not think it would be repairable but they managed it.

I can't speak highly enough of Chloe, she went above and beyond with service and charged me half of what I was expecting. Had one more thing I needed and after wasting 1.5 hours at Carindale (I live on the south side) I went back to Chermside and Minhwi was able to help me straight away. I wouldn't bother going anywhere else any more!

Confidently said they’ve be able to repair my iPhone but they absolutely destroyed it. Now it won’t take photos, calls are distorted, screen isn’t secured. You’ve cost me $2000 plus your ‘repair’ fee. They say you’re covered If they damage your phone but they won’t. On top of that, ‘repair’ was mean to to take three house and took five hours - all for it to be ruined! Don’t promise something you can’t deliver!

Great when we first went to get repaired screen very friendly. However when the repaired screen completely stopped working a few months after fixed and went back I explained to staff that we got repaired there and now won't work. Rude staff said didn't even look at phone just said not covered by warranty as it was due to dropping. However we hadn't dropped there and there was absolutely no cracks on phone. And that we would have to pay again in a very dismissive tone. Went to another place who actually looked at phone and talked to us like we're actual people said could be due to drop but no cracks on phone. Once they opened they found that parts of screen where corroded and possible it was put on like that. And that as there across from phone adore they have had to fix quite a few phones that had been orriganly fixed at phone adore and then when something goes wrong are completely dismissed. So don't waist your money there. Pay $30 more somewhere else and get decent care and warranty.

I have visited the store recently and had an excellent customer service from Jessie. I would recommend this store for anything to do with mobile and accessories parts.

I had a great service from Sol today. I got to fix my old phone. I was not sure about it as it was my partner's. But Sol explained to their technician with her knowledge and fixed my phone. What a great skills! Thank you. I will be back definately.

My experience at Phone Adore has been succesfukl and very helpful in terms of customer service and tge great team that has helped me with my phone issues Tim, Sol and Lucas were a great help.

My phone was not charging and I took it for inspection. Instantly they explained possible causes and process they are going to try to fix the problem. 30 mins later, they got it work again! And price was reasonable too. Such a prompt amd efficient service. Tim was great help today! I would definately come back.
