Phases for Men Fashion

Had a mixed experience. Though is centrally located with variety, staff can be prejudice making disrespectful remarks to selective customer (s). Otherwise brands are quality.

I like this place, a little overpriced, but also the odd bargain.
4 decades in the business means they know their stuff, provide a good service and select quality products for the store which justifies the pricing for the most part.

Also, these days I always prefer spending my money at family run business that are passionate about what they do.

A one of a kind clothing store that can’t be missed! A great selection of men’s clothing, and some great women’s clothing too. Phil and Justine helped pick out some great pieces for myself and my partner and everything fit perfect! Justine is incredible at choosing the right fit clothing and is extremely friendly and helpful. Phil went above and beyond to make my Gold Coast experience the best and I will definitely shop be back whenever I visit the Gold Coast next! Thanks Phil and Justine!

Very poor customer service.old sales person don't have any manners, how to deal with customer.used to go there, so many time, but never got bad customer service like that.even don't deserve one star.if the salesperson behave like that, nobody will go to this shop. Today 30/+0/2022, i been to this shop with my partner and brother, and we bought few thing and was still looking, old person refuse to come to the serve and was just standing at counter.will never go back again. Don't go there, if someone looking good customer service and don't waste you time. Can't imagine, how stupid that old sales person.nice collection but rubbish staff and very bad customer setive. The old sales person even don't deserve to stay inside the shop, don't know how a owner can hire that kond of rubbish staff at a good collection shop.

Terrible customer service. Even don't deserve one star review. He is very racist and unprofessional.pls, don't go there if you notice a old saleperson worling there. No doubt, collection is huge and i used to go for shopping from this shop so many time, but today got the worst experience in my life. In retail shop, the customer service shouldn't bad like that.

Don’t go there, really wastage of time and money. I don’t like to give one star to someone but that salesperson really deserve one star for his customer service. Used to go there from long time but the females salesperson always warm welcome to the customer but today first time I met to racist person in my entire life. Don’t have manners how to deal with a customer. Was totally free at counter but still refuse to show the sizes to us. Today that salesperson should not deserve the job at this shop because of racism. Really disappointed today. Will not go back.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. He is extremely rude. Unprofessional and racist. I have never in all my life working in retail as a manager/area manager would talk to any customer the way he did.

This store is very dark and definitely not a warm welcoming environment.
I was not even allowed to touch the product.
I would suggest giving your money to someone else who is highly skilled in customer service.

I’m not a huge fan of shopping and was especially anxious about having to find a suit for my wedding. As soon as I stepped foot in Phases I was taken back by how helpful and knowledgeable the staff were. I gave them my partner (now wife’s) vision of what ‘look’ she was going for and they found the perfect fitting, feeling and looking suit. They had to order my correct size in, less than a week out from the wedding and even managed to arrange having the pants hemmed for me. Rarely do you find service like this on the Gold Cost. Couldn’t be happier. A huge thank you to the team at Phases – I received so many compliments on my suit and my wife was over the moon.
