PharmaSave Clontarf Bridge

I Came in to just fill a script and left with something else, I felt heard! I ended up in a long conversation with AJ the pharmacist and he gave some great advice! He even went as far as taking the time to educate me on why he was giving such advice. AJ gave me all his time and attention and I never felt rushed out of the store. I’m not local to this pharmacy but I will definitely be coming back to get all that over the counter help and advice that your chemist can provide you with.

I would like to advise of my wonderfull experience I always encounter when seeking assistance from AJ.
AJ has always been most helpfull and goes out his way in assisting me with my medications and health requirements.
His advice has always been most helpfull of which I am most appreciative of and to that end I always follow AJ to any new pharmacy which he works at.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This review is for John, the owner of this business. Since Samantha, the previous manager has left, the level of customer service coming from this business has nose dived. When I spoke to John about this, he became argumentative and defensive, I would assume this is because he is not able to run the business as Samantha did. It's a pity as I prefer to support small business, however they clearly are unable or unwilling to value customers. There are much better customer focused chemists on the Peninsular.
UPDATE: At no time was I abusive over the phone, rather I pointed out how the wheels have come off since Samantha left. This obviously hit a raw nerve based upon your reply and I would bet my last dollar that I'm not the only customer noticing the drop in customer service since Sam moved on. Rather than trying to create smoke screens to cover up your lack of customer care, perhaps try to become more customer orientated, perhaps then you might be able to offer the supreme service that Sam once did

This is a great Chemist, right next door to the doctors, so no need to cross the road, to the other one. Very friendly people, always in your best interests small and compact plus you can get a lottery ticket here as well:)

Nothing is too much trouble for the team at Clontarf Bridge Pharmacy. Veronica was most helpful in organising the delivery of medicines and Berocca when we were not able to leave the house due to isolating for COVID-19. Veronica's help this morning is another example of the great service that my family and I have received from the entire team at Clontarf Bridge Pharmacy. Thank you!

The pharmacist was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Was great that they were open until 8: 30pm tonight.

John and his team are the best. The staff are always helpful, very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help you with whatever your needs are. This is one of the few pharmacy's that genuinely care about their customers and their well being. We're just not another customer to them. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

At a time when lots of people are hard pressed regarding their finances, these sad folks are price gouging. Chemist warehouse offering the flu vaccine for $14.99 (includes administering the shot), these guys charging $17.99 - just for the vaccine which you need to get a medical practitioner to administer. We will remember

I called the pharmacy today in the nick of their closing time. Vicki answered my call and told her that I needed my husband prescription as we are heading off tomorrow for overseas. She was very helpful and asked me to pop by even though they will be closing for the day. They waited for me and advised me that they did not have the prescription in stock and Sam sourced from one of their other outlets and told me that she will deliver it personally to my residence in 20 minutes time. And yes, I got it and just can't thank Sam for taking the trouble beyond miles in picking them up and delivering it to me. I am very thankful with Sam as how she handled the matter. Their services are highly commendable at all times whether over the phone or in person.

Such a great phamacy, caring passionate staff. Conveniently located right next to clontarf medical centre. Truely one of the greatest pharmacy's in the area.

I was in this pharmacy to see the diabetes educator, Anne-Marie. She was marvelous! I would highly recommend her services for anyone needing help with their diabetes. She recommended something for my burning feet which has been amazing! This is a great service from this pharmacy and is free with a doctors referral.

I am always greeted with a smile from staff who are genuinely concerned and actually willing to help. Honestly the best service I have ever received, I won't go anywhere else!

Honestly would travel 100kms to this pharmacy. Pharmacist and staff know me so well and all about my 3 brain and 2 spine conditions. They go out of their way so i dont lift a finger. AMAZING PEOPLE️
