Pharmacy 4 Less Ripley

Provided good support when I was having a reaction to medication and again on another day also assisted when I was trying to figure out what Aus brand to buy and was totally confused.

The staff at the chemist at Ripley are very kind, helpful and professional. I alway go there since moving to ripley two years ago.

Today I took my parents and in laws for Covid vaccine and the services they provided was very efficient, and professional. Can’t thank them enough.

I’ve been coming here often for the past two years and If I could rate them more stars I would. Everyone who works there are so sweet and always so kind and happy to see reoccurring customers, and they remember who you are too.

My daughters two year old vomited in the chemist and she was offered no assistance from anyone (apart from paper towels) or help to clean up her, her son or the floor. Am I just old fashioned in thinking we have lost all sense of common decency. She asked for a sick bag but too late and had to pay for the full box of sick bags as well.

The staff here have always been really kind and helpful for myself and my family.

To the staff who copped verbal abuse this morning by a "man" claiming to have lost his script I'm so sorry you went through that. You do not deserve to be treated that way, especially for just adhering to the law. He was on his way back when I left, I only hope his aggression didn't escalate and you're all okay.

To the guy who was behaving abhorrently. I was prepared to pay the difference for you until you unleashed and started swearing at the staff. I understand things are hard for you at the moment but your choice to treat others poorly has in this instance cost you the kindness of another.

The pharmacists and staff have gone above and beyond for our family. They are at the heart of the community at these difficult times and are always kind and polite in one of the most trying industries in the country at present. We have used the pharmacy since opening, the service is always 5 star and nothing is to much trouble.

My first experience at this chemist was excellent, however my second was not. I received no service from staff as they were too busy talking and unpacking boxes, it was only when I went to leave was I offered help. I had my hands full with a young infant and wanted to make a large purchase (sick infant or else I would of gone elsewhere) so I left to grab a trolley from a nearby supermarket. I felt as though this staff member thought I was shoplifting and followed me into coles then left without purchasing anything? I returned to the store straight away with the trolley to make the purchase and received extremely rude service, so much so that the lady behind me in line and I exchanged looks. I would of immediately left without buying if I could have.

Great Chemist. Had a young fella fill my script, he was a bit slow but made great conversation. Went above and beyond telling me everything my doctor forgot to about my son's new meds. Gave me some great advice; overall just a really professional interaction. It's just so nice to have a chemist that cares that much about his patients. I'm definitely coming back here
