Petit Early Learning Journey Springfield Central

Fantastic childcare with plenty of planned activities and learning experience throughout the day. Unsurprising that the wait times are longer than most centres, and our son is always unhappy to leave! Educators are great and really make the centre, and parents are provided with plenty of photos and stories every day to discuss with their young ones in the evening. A highly recommended childcare in Springfield Lakes!

Absolutely love Petit Springfield! I regret not sending our son there sooner and I wish that our other kids had the opportunity to attend when they were younger. Miss Shai and Miss Allison are by far the best you'll ever come across!

My son has been attending the Treasure Cove Kindy room this year and has loved every day. The staff were welcoming, open, and caring for every request that we made. I would highly recommend the centre.

We are very happy with the Springfield centre! Both of my kids have been cared for here until prep. Love the facilities and fun activities/crafts/experiments they've got on everyday. The educators show a great level of care and professionalism. Big thank you to Miss Jess, Miss Shaiane and Miss Alison for being so attentive and consistent with making morning drop-off easier as my son still gets upset till today!

Our first child was enrolled at Petit when it first opened and a few years later we returned with our second and third. We were pleased to see how many staff were still at the centre. The staff are knowledgeable and attentive, and our kids love them. They are honest, upfront and provide open communication. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Moving to Petit a year ago was the best decision for our kids. The staff are so friendly, caring and interested in your kids wellbeing. My kids love going daily and I love seeing the friendships formed with all staff.

Absolutely love everything about Petit Early Learning Journey Springfield. The educators are all very caring and attentive towards the children and the variety of activities they do is amazing. They embrace different cultures and learn such a variety of subjects. I'm amazed at how much my daughter has developed since starting with Petit in Jan 2020. Highly recommend!

My son has been attending since he was 1. He turns 5 at the end of this year.
I couldn't be more happy with the educators and the level of care and communication that they give to the children. They have helped my son tremendously with his developmental delays and im happy to say that hes thriving.

It was hard to find a daycare that "felt" right. As soon as I walked into Petit I knew that it was where I wanted my son to attend. The experience we have had has been outstanding. The educators care about the children and you feel so much joy from the centre.

Love the centre and how well they care for Emily. She has come so far since starting with Petit and we are absolutely sure we made the right decision moving her here. Thank you so much to Jessie and the team!

Petit is such a fantastic centre! All of the educators and managers are so hands on with the children and families. You are really made to feel part of one big family. Our children have never been happier and have settled in so easily.

Great childcare centre where I can leave my children and relax knowing my children are having fun and are being well cared for.

My wife and I were initially a little reluctant to send our child to daycare, however Petit was recommended to us by a relative and I am so glad we listened. Our daughter has gone from strength to strength since she started, so much so that we quickly increased from 1 day to 4 as it was obvious how much she was learning and growing by being there. Petit truly is an educational institution and not just somewhere to drop your kids while you’re at work. The educators are fantastic, it means so much to see our daughter run off excited to see her friends and educators and get stuck in. The food options are really healthy and creative and has given us lots of ideas for meals at home. The facilities are also excellent with covered open air options, there is a great balance of keeping the kids safe but also letting them explore and learn how to interact with their environment without being wrapped in cotton wool.

My daughter has been attending this centre for almost 2 years now and we are still so happy we made the transition from another daycare facility when we did. Since day 1, we have felt the difference in our daughters behaviour. It took her a few days to settle which is normal, but since then she never wants to leave. Every educator she has had has made us feel so connected to what our daughter is doing throughout the day. We have an app that's called Storypark and the educators write stories about the kids days and we get a very detailed story along with photos telling us what they got up to. The communication is impeccable with this centre from the staff and the Centre Director, we know everything that is going on. Whilst we can't all be perfect, if there is an issue raised they are always on top of it. The Centre Director Jessie is always finding ways to make families involved, whether it be grandparent days or special cultural days, I feel this is so important and its something we look forward to. What also amazes me is that most of the educators know all the kids by name, that's pretty impressive considering there's a lot of names and faces to remember. The menu for the children is so delicious and we even get to have some (if you're quick enough!) in the afternoons, as the chef will leave some out for us to take home. Another great thing about Petit is the low staff turnover, my daughters last centre she attended for roughly 2 months and we didn't know any of the educators because they changed ALL the time! Whereas, the educators she had when she first attended in 2018 are still there today! I wish my daughter didn't have to go to big school because we love it here so much! Jessie you are doing an incredible job and keep doing what you are doing because it shows in the staff you have! I cannot fault this centre and if you can get your child onto the waiting list, it is so worth it!

We have been at Petit Springfield for 2 years now. I love that Jessie the Manager always has the time to talk. She listens to my concerns and acts promptly and appropriately to rectify any issues I may have. My daughter’s assistant teacher Allison welcomes my daughter early most mornings and is always happy to give her that little extra attention that she needs on an early morning drop off. Allison is also wonderful in the class room with my daughter, where the teacher lacks experience, she is very focused on my child's needs and learning experiences. Allison assists the teacher and support her in what has been programmed. Being the class room helper she knows my child almost as well as me, with her likes and dislikes. Allison is a credit to the Petit family and asset in the kindy room.

I love that they promote healthy eating for the children in their meal plan and regular options for sandwiches at lunch time. My daughter is encouraged to have as much food as she would like and it seems she always goes back for seconds on these healthy options which is nice. They allow the kids to have fruit as they leave the centre each day. I think this is a wonderful initiative for a growing child and makes it easier for me when I offer fruit at home as a snack. I have been happy with this centre and would recommend it to any of my friends.

My son loves it here! I’ve had nothing but great experience with staff. Would recommend to anyone looking for long daycare options!

Amazing educators and management. Everyday I walk into the centre we are welcomed with beautiful smiling faces from all the lovely educators. My kids are genuinely happy and we are constantly being kept up to date with the kids development and learning experiences. My eldest has come out of her shy bubble and blossomed into such a outgoing child. They take such good care of our children and families and we are always spoilt with parent/ grandparent morning teas and treats which is always a great way to meet other parents. Overall amazing centre! Love my Petit family!
