Awesome service by the attendant Charles, helped me get sized up and walk out with the right fit.

After failing miserably trying to find a decent dress shirt for a formal occasion at the Big Box stores with shirts made for skinny boys and no variety of styles and colours. I wandered into Peter Jackson "Men's Wear" at Chermside.yes, a decent quality Men's wear store!

I was immediately looked after by Joel and he offered the best service I have ever had when buying men's clothing. He listened to my requirements and presented me with such nice business shirts that suited my needs for that event. So good that I bought an extra shirt and tie to tidy up my wardrobe some more!

If only I could look as good as Joel in his nice suits and attire! He knows how to co-ordinate men's fashion very well!

It's a good store, wonderful suits. Variety is not abundant but if you're after a classic suit with good fabric, then you're at the right place!

Despite the initial hiccup with the sizing, which was a result of an incorrect advice from a previous consultant, James swiftly stepped in to salvage the situation.

Not only did he display an impressive understanding of the fitting nuances, but he also went the extra mile to ensure that I walked out with a suit that not only fit perfectly but complemented my style splendidly. His patience with my indecisiveness and his professional opinion made all the difference.

After receiving wonderful service from Joel at the Wintergarden store, it was nice to see him again in Chermside as the new manager. Bought some new shirts and ties for my husband this time. Once again Joel helped make great selections.

Schmick store. Didn't buy anything this time, but the guy that looks like the manager was awesome showing me different stuff, just wasn't what I was looking for. Would go back though.

Absolutely brilliant! Customer service is the best I have seen in 20 years. These guys should be congratulated for going the extra mile. Even when busy they go above and beyond. If you need a suit this is they only shop. The rest are cheap and nasty.

My husband and I have been buying from this store for many years and have always had such wonderful customer service, in particular from Salvatore. We purchased our wedding suits from here and have been going back ever since. The suits are great quality and we always have an excellent experience with the staff.

Excellent customer service. The store was very busy, but Salvatore came over to assist in around a minute. He went out of his way to find the particular suit I was looking for, and was happy to provide advice on matching ties and shirts. Excellent quality suits and excellent customer service, I highly recommend the store.

Went to buy a suit for my wedding this weekend. I had an idea of what I wanted but still needed some advice as I am fashion inclined. I went to MJ Bale first but didn't feel like I got any attention. I was given a throw away line of "This is what we have availability, let us know if you need anything".
Compare that with walking into Peter Jackson and speaking to Sam. He fully understood where I was coming from. Asked me questions I hadn't thought about that were relevant and essentially went above and beyond to serve me and my groomsmen. We ended up getting all our suits done there and I cannot recommend them and Sam enough. Thank you Sam!

My partner recently purchased a suit from Sam at Peter Jackson. The service was amazing. He knew exactly what sizing you pick out and was so professional. The service was so great we went back again to also purchase a tux. Liam was also very helpful helping to make the adjustments require. Couldn’t recommend more
