Shocking customer service, for retail staff you’d think these ridiculous people would have some humility and basic manners.

I’ll give you some pointers.

Get off your bloody high horse and greet people when they come into the store.

Remember you guys are nobodies and the store does not belong to you, you are here to serve customers not your own egos.

Grabbed 2 suits in their Boxing Day sale. Lyndsay at the winter garden store was fantastic and picked out the suits and they fitted perfectly. Have already recommended 2 other family members to go and grab a great quality suit. Thanks Lyndsay for your great service.

Lindsay was great. Went above and behind organising and ordering in suits for my groomsman. PJ will continue to be my go to!

Joel made the experience of buying my son's formal suit quick and easy. He made great suggestions for accessories my son loved so much, we just had to buy them too. The shirt he wanted wasn't in stock, but Joel was only too happy to personally collect it from another store so we could have it sooner.

exceptional taking care of all our needs despite of some logistic issues. The crew was very

The staff here at this location must be expertly trained to not acknowledge any customers - was impressed with how much they went out of their way to not say hello or make eye contact with me, the only customer in the store.

Peter Jacksons at Winter Gardens were brilliant helping us pick clothes for my myself and my groomsmen. Not only great with recommendations but also price. Having groomsmen in another state was no issue as Lindsay communicated with a Melbourne branch to ensure sizes were available. I would highly recommend this store and I have since returned to get suits for work.

I have a wedding event coming up in just one week and I’ve left things too late to get things custom made or even tailored to a great degree.

The Peter Jackson store at Wintergarden was our last stop of the day, I’d pretty much given up on finding a well-fitting suit that could be pulled right off the rack and do the job.

The manager Lyndsay is the one you want – he wields his considerable expertise in fabric matching, dress codes and formality, sizing, seasonal fashion, and current trends to be able to pull a few suits off the rack that pretty much fit perfectly right from the get.

He makes the choices easy for you, as he did for me. I had a pre-conception of what I wanted when I walked in, but he showed me some pieces that matched the shirt I wanted to wear even better. I’m completely out of my depth when it comes to fashion, but I can only assume that’s the hallmark of a professional who really knows his craft.

The suit didn’t bite at the shoulders, had the perfect cuff length, the chest didn’t break/gape, and the collar fit just right. Lyndsay also procured some pants that had the right ‘seat’ to prevent ‘elephant ears’ from springing up at the pockets. Along with a slim fit matching white button down (size 38) that he pulled right off the rack that he knew would be my size, and some recommendations on loafers to wear to either dress up or down the ensemble, he solved most of my problems in one fell swoop.

Lyndsay from Peter Jackson currently at Wintergarden is the best option if you’re tight on time and need a well-fitting suit ASAP with minimal/no tailoring without the exorbitant price tag of a custom-made suit. Several problems solved in one trip! Outstanding, thank you Lyndsay!

Had initially purchased a couple pairs of pants from the Chermside store, didn't have my size in one colour so had a pair sent to the Wintergarden store for me. Turns out, the other store never sent them and there was a big miscommunication and time wasted. The store manager at Wintergarden, even though it wasn't a sale made through their store, walked all the way to my office and dropped the pants off as a way of apology and for the time I had spent walking back and forth and waiting. Could have been a bigger problem, but great customer service and ownership of the issue from the store manager rather than shifting blame resolved it all. I'll be going back to Peter Jackson Wintergarden only from now on. Store manager there (although I have forgotten his name unfortunately) is fantastic.

Paid $220 for some business pants and within a month the stitching fell apart, after I was told they had never had any complaints about the quality. Very disappointed, considering I have purchased much cheaper and not had the same issue.

After a previously bad experience at another store (change or sales person which now lacks customer service), my partner and I came to this store to buy our bridal party suits. Connor was absolutely fantastic at getting my partner fitted and organising ordering all 5 suits. 10/10 customer service and will be recommending them to all family and friends.

I just got married and got all groomsmen's suits (including my own) through Peter Jackson, and Kobyn at Peter Jackson Wintergarden was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thoughtful and helpful advice throughout and nothing was too much trouble during multiple visits and fittings. He also coordinated the purchase and fitting of suits for three of my groomsmen in Melbourne, making the whole process a breeze. Thanks again Kobyn, couldn't recommend Peter Jackson enough!

I recently got married and bought our suits from Peter Jackson. We got excellent service from Kobyn who was so willing to help and gave great advice / styling tips! I came back today and bought a new suit for Melbourne Cup. Again, 10 out of 10 service from Kobyn. Highly recommend to anyone!
