I recently had the most incredible shopping experience at Peter Jackson DFO, all thanks to the amazing sales associate, Italo. From the moment I stepped into the store, Italo greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to assist me. It was a refreshing change from my previous visit to another store, where I was left to wander around aimlessly in search of a suit.

But what impressed me the most about Italo was his impeccable sense of style and his ability to create stunning outfits. He listened attentively as I explained the occasions I needed the suit for, and he went above and beyond to tailor multiple outfits around the same suit. His knowledge of fashion was truly impressive, and he effortlessly showcased how to style the suit in various ways for different events. He even showed me examples and recommended different pieces of clothing to complete the looks.

Italo's receptiveness to my preferences was outstanding. He never pushed me towards something I didn't like, and he genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my choices. I felt like a valued customer throughout the entire experience. The next time I need to buy a suit, I know exactly where to go. Everytime I come here James sorts me out with the perfect clothes for what I want, always completely different to what I thought I was going to get for myself. Always better. Man's got style.

I was out shopping for some pants and Cassidy help me while I was there, after changing my mind on what I wanted, he explained the return policy and helped with the best outcome, very happy with the treatment I received and hats off to PJ for having such a great staff.

The store had an aesthetic look and we received much professional service from Harry, who was the only worker at the time, serving customers continuously and patiently.

Even though the EFTPOS was down I was still able to purchase what I needed by doing a bank transfer with Harrison. Given my very limited shopping opportunities, I was very thankful for Harrison being flexible and helping me out so I could walk away with my purchases.

I was recently given the task of arranging some attire for a last minute event. I had no idea what I was doing but I was served by a nice man named Billy. From the moment I went in the store he listened to my needs and descriptions and he was so patient and helpful. He showed me plenty of different options so I could make the right choice. The customer service was spot on and I highly recommend this place. I have already told my brother and his groomsmen to come here and ask for Billy when sorting their wedding attire in a few months. If great service is what you want, then this is the place to go!

I visited the DFO Brisbane store last week with my brother, who was looking for pants for a wedding. Not long after walking through the door we were greeted by Billy who was very welcoming and immediately made us feel comfortable in his store. My brother explained what he was looking for and Billy didn’t hesitate to show us a few options that suited his needs but also encouraged him to try something different (without being pushy). He seemed to genuinely care about us and didn’t just see us as another sale for the day. Because of Billy’s fantastic service, my brother ended up purchasing more than expected, some of which were items he would not have chosen if it wasn’t for Billy’s expert guidance.
As a retail manager myself, I know the value of great staff and leadership and Billy is certainly worth his weight in gold. The service we received was unmatched in any other store we had gone into that day. He was a breath of fresh air and I can say with certainty that my brother will return to his store in the future and we would both recommend the DFO Brisbane store to anyone needing anything Peter Jackson has to offer. I was fortunate enough to be shopping at Peter Jackson (DFO) last week, when I had the pleasure to be served by the sale attended Billy. Some of my long terms issues were solved! By billy with style and design changes. Pants now fit great and are super comfortable.

I’ve had trouble finding a suit that fits, I’ve been past many places but the services have not been good. I visited here over the weekend and the staff member Billy was extremely helpful took his time to listen to what I was looking for showed me various styles and materials his services where top notch, from now on I will be getting all my business attire through Billy at Dfo Brisbane.

Peter Jackson DFO will always be my first choice for suits and business shirts. Moses provides the second to none customer service each and every time I pop in. He goes above and beyond to assist you with fittings and always ensures sure you are happy with your choices. Most importantly he give his most honest opinions/advice and puts absolutely no pressure on you to buy. I seriously cannot recommend Peter Jackson DFO enough and I’m very satisfied!
