My recent visit to Peter Jackson was a truly exceptional experience, and it's all thanks to the outstanding service provided by Alex. The stores wide selection of suits was what brought me in, but what truly set this visit apart was Alex's dedication and expertise.

From the moment I walked in, Alex's warm welcome and industry knowledge made narrowing down the vast number of choices an efficient process. He took the time to understand my style and needs and provided sufficient options without overwhelming me with choice.

I highly recommend Peter Jackson and their exceptional staff, especially Alex, for anyone in search of a suit (or three).

First time shopping at Peter Jackson. The staff was really nice and professional. We didn’t know where to start with suit shopping and the staff picked an outfit for my partner and we loved it. Bought the whole set straight away. Great store and good price for a decent suit.

Yesterday I walked into the Harbour Town store 40 minutes before closing with my elderly Father looking for shirts that would fit him. Alex went out of his way to accommodate. The service we received from Alex was fantastic and we walked out with 4 perfect shirts and saved some money also. I would recommend Alex to anyone wanting good old fashioned impeccable service! I came in with the slightest idea of what I would have liked, but Alex helped me out and suggested a very nice suit that fit the occasion perfectly as well as suiting me and what I had in mind, I came to buy more than I had expected because the help from Alex and his expertise made it worth while, and you can’t find customer service like that in just any other shop.

Alex is a gentlemen that knows the trade extremely well. Highly reccomended for all your menswear needs.

On a rare occasion you will find yourself making a purchase entirely because the personal professional service you receive, changes your whole perspective.
Such a dedicated effort was made to understand who I was, and what I truly needed, that I left the shop more confident, and composed than when I arrived. This, (in my opinion) is the ultimate goal of gentleman's fashion, and it was accomplished entirely. I will be back as soon as time allows. Thank you Alex, my wife is very happy:)

I walked into the store in my motorcycle outfit 45 minutes before store closure; nevertheless Alex was happy to help accomodate my requirements.

From head to toe, tie to shoes, he assisted in creating a brilliant ensemble for the occasion, at a very reasonable price.

My partner and I were disappointed with the lack of customer service we received. 2 sale assistants stood behind the counter as we looked at some Chino’s. No one greeted us or engaged to see if we needed helped. We were the only customers in store and were confused as to why we were blatantly ignored. We decided to spend our money elsewhere.

Went there to find a suit for a wedding. Alex was amazing and took all the time and patience needed to help us find the perfect fit. Will definitely recommend him to assist you!

My fiancé and I came in looking for my wedding suit and came out having the greatest shopping experience to date. Max and his co-worker were beyond helpful and we left having a comprehensive knowledge on suits and formal wear. They were both cheerful and informative and it was like shopping with a group of friends we hadn’t seen in a while!

Well priced, quality menswear. Great range of Suits and Jackets along with Dress Trousers, Chinos and other than. Worth a visit.

Went to the Peter Jackson Harbour Town (QLD) store. Was served by "Watto". He was very experienced in putting together outfits that matched each other.

He suggested a particular tie which I didn't think much of, but he then showed with a particular jacket/pants/shirt and I could clearly see what he meant.

I end up walking out with 2 complete outfits. (including the tie in question)

Highly recommended if you are looking for menswear.
