After spending 90$ for a grooming, I expected my dog to be “presentable” at least. Won’t come back.

Pet Barn Capalaba honour their return policy with prompt friendly and knowledgeable service. Great to have them carry all the products for our precious little fur babies.

Friendly and helpful staff, huge selection of supplies and usually always has what I need and if they don't they always try to order it in.

This is one of the few places my boys can go & they love it even if I don't buy them anything. (cos the staff always gives them a treat)

Even though our dog REALLY hates the dog wash lol, she still has a good time walking back into the store- the staff are always very interactive and helpful too! Really makes all the difference.

We had an appointment and then left a message overnight to reschedule but the staff didn't call us back to confirm so we made a wasted trip for a groom which wasn't appreciated. Oh well.

This is one of my favourite places to visit. Always have great products & staff have always been welcoming & friendly. I have a bad shoulder condition and am unable to lift, I always am offered assistance to either collect a product or load a product. 100% 5

I will no longer be coming back the price of the super coat went up $25 overnight and they could only say say that the ingredients has changed yet no one else that sells super coat has raised their prices when we asked the staff what ingredients had changed we got a shoulder shrug. Not good enough

Wrong information about frogs, selling bad items and making risky mistakes almost killing my frog! Selling us items that you do not need and bribing us to buy stuff! We are very uneducated about this pet at the time and they took advantage of that! Do not come here!

Very large store with wide selection. The number of fish varieties have waned in the last few years. Not as good as it used to be.

The neon tetras I bought from these guys all had white spot without me noticing until I put the with my peppermint bristlenose and cherry shrimp. My fault non the less but there fish are always sick. Never going back there! So disappointed

Lovely, helpful staff and great service. Good selection of products which are pretty easy to locate with all the signage.

Anthony was super helpful today. He worked with us and got to the bottom of why my fish had unfortunately died. He gave us many recommendations for different kinds of fish and was just very informative.

Over the past month I have purchased fish and a tank. The staff were extremely lovely and helpful. Not only with advice but what I could safely put in my tanks. I would love to say the chaps name who helped with the fish advice but couldn't get close enough to read his name tag. The tanks look clean and well maintained and fish look happy.

The new manager (Nikki) is rude and disrespectful they only get a 3 star rating because of the other staff and there awesome customer service

I won’t be back until that manager leaves and Kathy (the old manager), Dylan or Ian comes back or a new better manager!

Ian the assistant manager is very helpful and friendly. Store is kept clean with a huge selection of cat, dog, bird reptile, fish etc products. Great store.
