My daughter and I bought all of our reptile equipment and our blue tongue with help from Beau, who is amazing. We are so grateful for his advice and recommendations, and to all of the staff we have encountered.

Really great experience the kids are always friendly and helpful and give my young son attention when he has questions for them or just wants to talk about his pet. Very reasonable prices too I think.

Great store friendly staff however management let them down. We needed a part for a leaking filter which they had in stock but wouldn't sell it to us because they wanted us to buy the whole filter eventhough they can order the part.

Aquarium section: dead fish in multiple tank, rough unfinished concrete floor (great for elderly people with bad ankles) and a ton of white spot infested fish. Otherwise the staff are friendly enough but yeah I don't think I'll return any time soon. I'll just spend the fuel and cash to travel a dedicated aquarium where stock is in A1 condition.

The place was very well lit for 6pm and the staff were very knowledgeable! Other than that they would do with more employees to attend customers as there were only 2 that night that I went in.

I recently ordered a reptile enclosure from Pet Superstore and arranged to have it delivered. Unfortunately when the enclosure arrived, the bottom was cracked. I emailed Pet Super Store immediately and let them know and without hesitation, they sent me a brand new enclosure which I received in a couple of days. This was a present for my daughters birthday so I am extremely grateful for the speedy and professional customer service than enabled my daughter to still get her birthday present. Thank You:)
