l have been a client of Coast to Coast for the past 10 years, when l started with Graeme l was ten kilos over weight and very unfit, but the way Graeme goes about his training methods wich made it so easy and fun to lose weight and to get fit, he was so impressive and inspiring l have become a personal trainer myself.
Before I started training with Graeme and his team I had never run more than 6km. I have now just completed my 8th Marathon and I am training for 9th. You will notice session to session the improvement. I have found Graeme and his team are always there for me any time of the day or night with any health and fitness question I may have, as a trainers they go way above what any other ever has and I cannot recommend Graeme and his team enough. Gold Coast Mobile Mechanic were by far the most competitive I found and they did a good job. I have never used a Mobile Mechanic before but will definitely use them again. So much easier and they price was cheaper than Ultra Tune quoted me.
I've been to other Personal Trainers in the past but no one can compare with Graeme and Jane Rundle of Coast to Coast. In the past five years that I have been working with Jane she has increased my fitness and strength to an enormous degree, so much so that I am fitter today than I was twenty-five years ago.
Their knowledge of anything related to fitness or the body is beyond amazing and I am continually learning how it all works together. Jane pushes me to be the best I can be yet does it in such a kind and fun way that I actually look forward to my sessions with her. (Most of the time!)
I just can't say enough good things about Coast to Coast.
