I adore this store! The fragrance is delightful every time I stroll through, and the staff is genuinely charming. This store is a must-visit for me whenever I'm in the area. Cathe, the manager, is simply outstanding! I'm grateful for her superb service and recommendations. She exudes kindness and consistently assists me with whatever I need or am searching for. Her warm and inviting demeanor creates a wonderfully cozy atmosphere whenever I step inside. Thank you for crafting such an enchanting ambiance in the store. I'm a big fan of this brand – they excel in their work! I eagerly anticipate my next visit!

Personally I have an account with them, and am trying to introduce them to every piece of my business opportunity. It is a great shop where you can just stop buy, you don't need to feel pressured to buy anything. I have been a customer since 2018, and everyone has been great.

The store can be busy for its location during peak retail seasons such as Christmas.

All products are produced in Banyo, and pretty much everything is certified organic (or all of them are unless I am mistaken).

Staff went out of their way to collect the items i only just learned my family members loved.it was last minute and a bit rushed for me but they gave me such fabulous and fun directions to the store as i am not familiat with brisbane cbd.i requested via the contact us and received such prompt and personal service. My items were ready on arrival and although the store is super busy this time of year.was greeted, acknowledged as said person to collect and processed seamlessly. Luckily i was in a hurry or i could have spent hours in that divine smellng store. What an absolute pleasure to deal with! Thank you staff of Brisbane Albert Street store!

They used to have a shop here in Toowoomba. But when in Brisbane, will visit again. A little expensive, but worth it!

Popped in to the store just now and had the absolute best experience. I can’t remember the name of who served me, but she was so knowledgeable and genuine. I left with exactly what I needed, despite entering not knowing exactly what I was looking for.

Good with customers who pay but absolutely horrible to staff. I've seen people almost at tears who worked for these horrible people. It's a very elitist and secretive group at the top. Don't think because they have nice products and the staff you saw that day are nice that it's their company policy. Trash.

Amazing products- I got the travel diffuser and the essential oil. The staff, Natalie, was friendly, knew her stuff and was extremely helpful! Will be back again

Beautiful quality products that are exceptionally better than any other on the market. The owner of this company obviously has a conscience, and it shows.from where the products are sourced from etc to the quality of the items.
The shop always smells divine, very peaceful friendly inviting atmosphere.
The staff in the shop are extremely knowledgeable on the products and couldn't be more helpful. Maddie is an asset to the company, always friendly, helpful with suggestions, very knowledgeable on the whole range of products, and so very welcoming, I always looked forward to her recommendations and tips.
I have tried many of the beautiful oils, creams etc and have never been disappointed and I look forward to trying so many more of the whole range of products.
