Peppertown

We had never been here but I just wanted to say when we visited on Sat 28/01/23 the service was outstanding. They were so helpful and attentive. We left with exactly what we needed. Service like this is not seen a lot anymore and I just wanted to say a massive thank you for all your help and kindness. It is rare and special. You guys are awesome. Thank you

The Staff are friendly and helpful. It was our first time here, and we were surprised by how many things they had in store. We did some measurements and will be back for more items. Also, remember to say hello to their fishes.

Quality Product, I bought the Ozfort 3000 & built it myself.
Some of the instructions are a little vague but got there in the end.

The S. R. Smith Typhoon slide has been a awesome addition to our pool area. The slide is of great quality and the grey colour complements our new Hampton home and alpine white pool perfectly. Kids and adult are safe on the sturdy slide and this gives us confidence that the slide will remain reliable and safe for years to come. We appreciate all that Peppertown has done to make this happen. The entire process start to finish including delivery interstate was made very easy. Many fun times will be enjoyed in our new backyard. Bring on summer!

I recently bought a 2 1/2 thousand dollar playground and paid $500 for installation. Here is an example of their workmanship on a slippery slide that my son has badly scraped his bottom on! I would have thought that so much money would have resulted in a little bit more care and attention to detail. I subsequently learnt from my neighbour that the installer even jumped in my pool and had a swim afterwards without our permission. Overall a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Great shop with heaps of cool stuff other than play gyms. Definitely worth the trip in. Lady that I spoke to was friendly and professional.

I wouldn't trust this company- One of there workers advertised on Facebook about building a playground for my kids- Did not disclose deliver didn't mean installation despite asking and asked me for more cash everyday, promised photos and never delivered and then when I cancelled refused my deposit- I am questioning if they employee people to rip off families what kind of company are they?

Shocking service, arrived at 2.50pm into the store to be told they are closed (closing time is 3pm) staff member informed me her til is closed. Informed staff member that they advised open til 3pm, to which she shrugged. Terrible customer service, will not be returning to purchase items.

Amazing & at fantastic price! We’d purchased x 4 new ninja gyms equipments from Peppertown for Lihir International School in Papua New Guinea. We are so glad we did & very happy with how it turn out. It’s great quality, design, excellent customer service & price. Hamish was always so helpful and really wonderful to work with. He help us coordinate with our warehouse in Brisbane and ship it out Lihir Island. He dose go above and beyond. Thank You. Highly recommended!

Fantastic place to shop they have so many accessories for playgrounds, kayaks and all the staff are super friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend if you are looking for playgrounds kayaks and accessories.will definitely be back again!

I purchased a Frontier 400.
It was delivered kit set ready for my BUILDER and draughtsman to set up.
My builder layed out all the pieces, screws etc as per the instructions and took photos to show the manager that there are missing screws, missing timber piece and when set up the roof does not align correctly. I wish I had taken my builder with me when I purchased it as he would have told me not too. I would like the manager to come see the end result because they argued with my builder when he went down to Peppertown to get replacement pieces. They used the old excuse of.that's never happened before.but it definitely is an issue and the quality I expected from. Such an expensive purchase Is VERY POR. Dont buy it! I want the manager to provide the missing timber piece and credit us back 203% due to the missing pieces and time wasted going back to Peppertown for the replacement parts.

Worst customer service I have experienced by a senior sales person in a long time. Will not be giving them any more business.

We purchased a skyfort from Peppertown after making several visits there, as it was an expensive purchase and we wanted to get it right. Over those visits I checked with the saleslady several times about the colour of canopy we would be getting - telling her that the dark blue and white canopy was our choice (because the playground was for the front garden and the blue matches our front door). Each time, I pointed to the canopy we wanted and asked if that is the colour we'd be getting, and was told yes it was. On the day we bought the skyfort I checked again, and the last thing I said to the salesperson was to please make sure that we received the colour canopy we'd chosen. On the day the play equipment was delivered and erected I saw that they had mistakenly sent a white and turquoise canopy. The men phoned the shop for me and was told to erect that one and they would sort it out later. Since then I have phoned and emailed the shop repeatedly, and been told repeatedly that someone would get back to me, but the mistake has not been corrected. I have been told that we can have the dark blue and white canopy if we pay an extra $160! Obviously a mistake has been made, but it's not our mistake and it needs to be corrected by Peppertown. We've been very disappointed by this service and would like the owner to rectify the mistake asap please!

Vanessa was very happy and helpful, it could not have been easier. Prices are very fair IMO and Delivery was when and as requested.

A great place to go for all of your playground needs, lots on display to view, bigger then you think, nice staff too.

Do not expect to buy anything over phone or email. Ready to hand over $3000 for a Peppertown fort and installation for Christmas and they don’t want my sale. Still waiting for paperwork to give them money after 3 emails and 2 phone calls that don’t get returned. Such a shame because I was looking for a quality fort and now I have to look elsewhere.
