Be careful when buying from this store.
Their prices for second hand goods are often WAY ABOVE retail (+25%) and they refuse to negotiate. I even offered $30 for an item which at JB HiFi is currently only $29 and they still wouldn't budge.
Do your homework and don't be fooled into thinking second hand automatically means a good price.

They charged a silly amount for a pop vinyl that had significant damages. Tried to negotiate but they wouldn't budge on their price. You are a 2nd hand store. Not a new goods service smh

Won't ever deal with Pennywise Ipswich again. I asked to negotiate on the price and they wouldn't budge at all. Not even by a little dollar. You aren't a major retailer. You sell preowned goods and most of the time are out of touch for market value. Perhaps consider allowing negotiation

I just wanted to write a quick review about this amazing store. I found a product on MarketPlace listed by them. I wrote through Messenger about how to purchase the item. I soon found it on their website and placed my order. In the meantime, they wrote to me on Messenger saying they saw that I did order the product and let me know they would be shipping it shortly after. I ordered it late Thursday night. They shipped the product Friday and I had it at the door on Monday morning. Great communication. Super fast service. Great product. It was exactly as described and I couldn't be happier. I will look to them for future purchases as this is how online ordering should be. Many companies in Oz should learn from this company on how to do online orders. Five stars and many thanks.

I just wanted to send a shout out to the online chick Michelle! I found my wife a top ring set online but had trouble using this service. Michelle was amazing as she took the time out to take me step by step through this service so next time I know what I’m doing. Which made it so much easier when I purchased my tool set with a 10% voucher she gave me during my first purchase. Bloody top chick!
