I noticed something I’d been searching for through their gumtree listings so I sent them a msg, they got back to me first thing the next morning and they held the product for me as I had to make a drive to pick it up. When I got there I was greeted by the friendly girls at the desk who were more than happy to let me inspect the product before I purchased it and to my surprise they were having a sale for Boxing Day so I was even happier than anticipated that I was getting a discount, made my whole day as I wasn’t expecting a sale price. We had a look around and they had some cool stuff too, definitely recommend having a look.

Went there today to look at watches. Husband and I stood around for ages trying to get service. Two staff nearby didnt acknowledge our presence and couldn't even make eye. A simple "be with you in a moment " would have done. We left disappointed.

Best pawn shop in the area! The staff always look like one big family. They have great specials and even do after hours vip nights! If they dont have it in stock they will get your details and call you when they get it in! They have thought of everything:)

Pennywise is very good that's why I come all the time they got good stuff and a wonderful and happy people excellent

Was a nice surprise today. I found some tools on PW via gumtree. Got a, quick response on a Sunday after hours from Bella. So went in next day not only purchased that tool but more. Gave a fair price.then Jazz price matched a Guess watch as I walked out the door so had to get that also lol. Missus happy Me happy. Good work peoples Troy

Yes day I experience a very rude services from a tiny lady there this is a first time I was served by this lady i really want to put 5 stars for my review for the sake of those wonderful boys that always served me but it was all ruin by this lady She was so rude never said hellow but first words out of her mouth She asked WHOSES PHONE IS THIS? This is really embrassing as if there were people listening they would think that I am a thief I am a a usual customer there n the boys are wonderful always trying to give the amount I want considering my effort of always paying paying on time but this lady is so rude and disrespectful she never asked if I was there before like the others always asked me if I was there before then asked for my name then they search my records then they said we can help u push up the amount this girl that serve me yesterday day should not be there

This store is brilliant from the staff through to products available. I purchased a xbox controller and the experience from walking in the front door to the final transaction. I was beyond exceptional. Was served by a gentleman named Rangi who was very knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely be returning.

I have only purchased from Pennywise Goodna once through gumtree. The service was good but the postage was a bit slow, maybe they forgot to send it but when they did send it they sent it express post.

False listings, swapping bits from one kit to the next, putting 6v batteries with 7.2v kits. Abused me for their mistakes. Avoid at all costs!

I have been here enough times to give a whole review.

I'll start with the staff. In the store side of things, Owen outshines everyone with his attitude and his knowledge on everything. He really researches what he sells in order to sell that item. He has dealt with me a few times and I have witnessed him deal with others with a great attitude and awesome closes. He is a true asset to this business. I would give that dude 5 stars every-time.

Unfortunately, I did overhear the Store Manager, Tracey Baker, belittle and talk about customers and staff through the door into the back area when it is left open. Very unprofessional. I've been in the store when I have heard her talk down about others. That is downright disgusting behaviour and I hope it catches up with you soon. You are here to help people. Help them out of a rough patch and you want to talk about us like that? You should be ashamed. I'm giving you a 0/5 due to the fact I have heard you multiple times.

In the loan side of the store, Tony is smug but tries to help you out as much as he can. You can definitely see in his eyes or feel his vibe when you walk in whether he wants to be there or not. I'd give Tony a 4/5 only because his smugness isn't arrogant which I suppose is alright.

Pennywise needs to reevaluate this store. I have spoken to Mark and Brenden about this behaviour and hope something comes from this.

The store is clean, great access and parking is good. Wish the bike racks were moved to make space for more parking but isn't really a bother.

Went there today for the first time and was blown away by the service and the staff, very professional and amazing staff. Thank you

Can't describe in words how great their support is through their Online store and Facebook. Instantaneous responses, helpful replies and made sure the item was quickly shipped the next day. Highly recommended this store.

Great service! Originally I bought a product from their site but unfortunately someone purchased it before they could take it offline, that meant that I had to buy the more expensive one of the same product. However upon making this purchase I was sent an email saying I had been refunded the difference in prices, AMAZING service, I will definitely by shopping with Pennywise again!

Was served by Craig today who went above and beyond to give me amazing customer service and even better prices gave me a absolute bargain on some beautiful items thank you would definitely recommend this team for the service that was provided today

Was so impressed with the customer service, Craig was incredibly warm and welcoming, listened to what I wanted and generally seemed to care, wasn’t rushed. And definitely happy with the end result!
