The website is clear and concise on what animals are available. I'd love to be able to adopt an animal. I haven't done so cause I really want a small puppy or dog. Most of the dogs are medium-sized to large.
If I lived on a farm, I'd like to take them all.

A wonderful service caring for dogs and cats who are in need of a home. The volunteers are lovely and the animals are so we'll looked after.

I found a dog on my work site and took him in, they were so good, finding his name amd address and so caring and gentle with him. He was scared and filthy, and just wanted some live amd a cuddle. Felt bad I had to take him there but know he will be looked after during his time the PAA

I adopted my adorable kitten 'Griffin' from there about 2 months ago. They were very thorough and explained everything very well and very professional. I was very pleased with the whole adoption process. Griffin is doing very well and has settled in with my older cat quite well. I think Peninsula Animal Aid are doing a marvellous job.

I could praise animal aid and their wonderful staff more for what they do. I have been looking for a long time for a little dog and found a perfect fur baby. Darcy is a sweetheart and will be very well loved

I was hoping for them to allow a family member to take in the 10 year old dog so as to reunite her back with its 85 year old owner that has lost everything in the flood. But they kept coming up with excuses. They are very racists about certain dog breeds. I believe they are not qualified but only volunteers.stating who is suitable to adopt. Found out during a phone call to check up on the dog, it was said they already had some older person to take the dog before we even visited them. I am 60 my husband 70 and we are retired. So figure that out

A wonderful charity rescue shelter that truly love their animals and take brilliant care of them. We adopted a dog that was a resident for 6yrs and he is always excited to go back for a visit & they are just as excited to see him again.

I took my dog for a Dog Wash last week and the staff are very organised, caring and so gentle with the dogs especially when my dog was so nervous. For $10 the dogs are given a beautiful warm water wash, towel dried and most importantly - a couple of doggy treats at the end!

I am a client of a lady by the name of Tracy, who owns & operates Rising Phoenix Reiki.

This lady is a very sought after Reiki Master on the Peninsula so I was very surprised to learn that after she had given up 2 days work a week to volunteer her services as a Reiki Master to PAA, she found genuine concerns into the way the volunteers are spoken to. She addressed her concerns with the Senior Male Supervisor in cats section and was sworn at and yelled at before being told she was no longer required. This lady will help treat anybody or any animal in need & gave up quite a loss financially to be of service to this organisation, it is disgusting that she was treated this way. NO more donations for them.

Spent $255 adopting a kitten, only to take it home and discover days later it is infected with Calicivirus! Kitten almost died! Unable to get a hold of staff for days because it was a weekend and they only open certain days and close at 12pm. Whole cattery infected and they didn't bother to tell me. Really disappointing and would never recommend. Should always buy privately!

Tried to tell me an American staffy was a what looked like an kelpie cross Doberman which was in their photo.
Different as night and day.

Graham is an idiot or thinks I was and couldn't tell the difference between the dog in the photo, kelpie cross, and the staffy in the pen.

The old boiler that works there and the other female staff members in the office all have the personalities of stone fish.
They way they treat you is just horrific.
I would rather have any of my animals destroyed than ever have to deal will these disgusting people again. One star given only because you have to just to leave a review.
To the people who have had a good experience will these pigs YOU got lucky.
