Sarah and her team are all so helpful and efficient, so much so that they’ve helped me regain my confidence after a car crash PTSD after only 8 sessions. Such a good place for community services. I got enrolled for my driving hours with Sarah one of the driving coordinators, she's such helpful and friendly.
Renovated the gym only to remove squat racks, storage areas for belonging and all floor space for stretching and cool-down. Stuck the deadlift station in a corner and removed mirrors from areas that are crucial for assessing form, early days so hopefully they rectify it but pore planing on the design side. Other than that good gym for price.
Good basic gym, everything you need and nothing that you don't.
More classes would be better
A good location for the AMAC Queensland tournaments. Plenty of parking for spectators. No food sold on site unfortunately so it's a BYO food and drinks.
An awesome public gym! The atmosphere is great! The machines are great! The place is spotlessly clean! All of the above mentioned characteristics are complemented by modern flat screen TVs! There's also a tremendously professional indoor basketball court to enjoy!
It has 24 hour access! The staff (on duty during business hours) are exceptionally efficient, industrious, courteous & amicable! What's more, the price is most affordable! Become a member ️
