I find it good at the PCYC gym, because it is cheap and I can quit at any time if it is not working out. Also most of the time there are few people there using the gym because I don't like other people looking at me Also I don't like to look at myself so it is good they only have few mirrors.

I loved this gym so much, the staff are cool, and the punching bag is great for intermediate to advanced fitness lovers.unfortunately, nowhere else offers a punching bag of a similar density, even the current kickboxing gym i visit, doesn't offer hard bags.

This pcyc seems great, much nicer than others I've been to, and the staff seem lovely and very well organised. Nice little gym set up too.
Unfortunately couldn't see the boxing gym on this occasion as was unmanned and run by a third party.

Family friendly, great fun for kids, good instructors. Good central location with good facilities. Highly recommended.

Have emailed and sent a complaint through their website about an ongoing issue of just simply not contacting me and replying.

Loving the summer netball comp, but with the volumes of people there you would think they would open the kiosk? They would make a motza on a Saturday just in water sales.

Fantastic gym with excellent equipment and knowledgeable, friendly staff. The kids programs are great too. My kids love gymnastics and are developing so many strengths

Awesome set up. Has a great variety of sports/activities for both kids & adults. But needs air conditioning, or better fans upstairs

Went there for local basketball 3 courts were used packed out with young kids and adults all having a great time nice big place

This PCYC has recently undergone renovations which have boosted the quality of the facilities on offer. Well worth a check out.

Its a good place to go train but why does it say its open on sundays 3pm till 6 but isn't i just came from there please update times
