PCYC Gladstone

The gym here is fantastic, and only a few weeks old at the time of writing this review. There are plenty of machines and dead weights for all your strength training needs, and plenty of equipment for cardio vascular workouts too. There is also a separate area with squat wracks and sledges. There are toilet and shower facilities on site. The training areas are constantly cooled by massive fans to help make your workouts a little more comfortable. The gym space is large and has a wonderfully relaxing vibe to it. The staff I've met have always been friendly and very proud of their new gym.

A great place with lots of children activity's with a gymnasium for adults and skate park near by!

This is a great no nonsense no fuss gym terrific people a clean environment and new equipment

Nice place, nice people, good gym equipment, but the air stinks, its hard to do a good run, when its busy, as the place just stinks of odor and farts and burps, it has no ventilation for fresh air exchange.

It is good with the pcyc children can go there with their parents n ride on their scooters n it is undercover.
