Has a good and cheap 24/hr gym, as well as friendly staff and members.
Small gym but well maintained equipment. Indoor basketball courts, room dedicated to boxing ring/training area, table tennis.
Clean well equipped gym, friendly staff. Can get over capacity sometimes so best to avoid peak shift worker hours. Opening hours is for reception, gym access is 24hrs once signed up. Over all very happy
Decent physiotherpaist, gym, boxing, gymnastics, creche and basketball stadium. Organised fitness classes, personal trainer and boxing and basketball for training options. Gym is airconed and chilled water bubblers available. Friendly helpful staff.
Always great and so friendly. Always get a hello from Admin staff and other gym members
