Brilliant! Honest! Technical experts! Would give 6 stars if I could.
After being told by Apple 'specialists' that my data was gone for good and could not be recovered I reached out to Payam. Due to very stressful circumstances, I was desperate to recover my notes, photos, and contact list, and was incredibly distressed by the situation I found myself in. I posted my phone to Payam in Sydney, they worked their miracles, recovered all of my data in a very quick turnaround and sent it back to me on a hard drive. But the drama did not stop there! Upon trying to upload my recovered data to a brand new phone from the afore mentioned phone company, I again encountered major difficulty, whereby I reached out to the support team and was told that there was "no way" my data could be transferred on to my new phone!? I was distraught and called Payam for advice. It was here that their expertise and excellent customer service really shone. After two phone calls, I got the data uploaded and on to my new phone. From the initial chat with Ryan on the chat bot, to the superb support from Tim, who is an absolute legend in this area and Scott, who is equally brilliant, I recovered my valuable data. I feel that these guys went over and beyond to assist me during an incredibly stressful time and for that, I am truly grateful.

We were referred to Payam after our computer technician was unable to help with a hard drive that had been affected by a power surge.
