Patio World Mackay

Quality of product is great but timeframe to completion is poor 5 months since start of build and I'm still waiting for patio to be completed to pass engineer certification.

The Patio World Mackay team have been wonderful from beginning to end. Super professional and always willing to help with any enquiry. The end result is perfect, exactly what we wanted - would highly recommend

Ordered a set of louvres for front patio and when it arrived it was as 8 inches short as Patio World member measured wrong

The design consultation was thorough (and they were very patient with our changes), the communication throughout the build process could not be faulted and the product.well just have a look at the pics. Speaks for itself. We are very happy.

I had a deck built onto the rear of my home and after 2 years the brackets for the flyover on the roof started to rust patio world repainted the brackets only for them to rust again as well as the beams which is a worry because they are load bearing i have since contacted patio world but nobody seems to want to know about it no not happy patio world at all

Would not recommend these cowboys.paid patio world for a council approved structure, only found out years later when I went to sell my house that their shoddy work Had not even been lodged with council.thousands of dollars later and an independent engineering report later I ended up with what I had paid for and thought these cowboys had done…wouldnt go near these cowboys.

Patio world was easy to deal with from start to finish, coming out for site visits to confirm everything before fabrication & the quality of the build was fantastic, we love our outdoor entertainment area, thank you padio world on a fantastic job.

Each member of the Patio World team has his/her own particular part to play which results in the running of a well oiled machine. From the person who quoted to the person who fine tuned the measurements to the persons who did the actual build to the person who saw to the progress payments. Not one hiccup in the whole procedure- End result - A job well done and perfectly happy customers.
