Just had a patio installed by Patio World. The builder has done an excellent job. The job was finished off really well and looking forward to a couple drinks at sunset under the new patio.

We just had our 20-metre-long carport built by Patio World Cairns. Wow what a fantastic experience and what was quoted on and constructed was exactly perfect. From the Garry who came out and quoted to the builder who did an awesome job and each of the office staff who really helped us out with any question and emails we had very quickly. The overall experience we had was 11 out of 10. This has been by far the best building project experience we have had in Cairns over the past 12 years.

In particular we'd like to mention the following team members: Project Mgr Jake who kept in constant contact with us and ensured we were up to date with what was going on and comfortable with the build; Tui our builder who was always respectful and professional and the quality of his workmanship was exceptional. Near enough was not good enough, thank you Tui for your expert care and attention to detail. In addition Korina at the office ensured administration was well managed. On purchasing our new home in FNQ, we loved everything about it except the back patio area. It was missing something. The receptionist that's here is a rude thing. When your company does something wrong, don't pass the buck and be rude. I wouldn't use these people or recommend them after speaking to reception. Very unprofessional

Would not recommend to anyone, as soon as they get your money they want nothing to do with you, they will just point you back and forth, laugh at you over the phone. Poor customer service. STAY AWAY!

We are extremely happy with Patio World Cairns! From start to finish, from point of sales to completion we couldn’t be more impressed! Their very professional and fast service seen both our huge carports go up in the peak season, before Christmas and the storms come (we had one built first and were so impressed we got them back straight away to build another one)! They kept us up to date with everything! The hardworking builders are the best we’ve seen and our 3yr old just loves Matt, Garry the sales rep is amazing, the ladies in the office are friendly and prompt and with their supervisor Jake make them the best team and just a pleasure to deal with! The product is of superior quality, looks amazing and very affordable! We also got the extra louvers between the carport and the house roof for the added protection from the weather due to the extra height roof to accommodate for our large caravan (were on the side of a mountain in Kuranda), they look incredible! Our job was tricky as we have a granny flat built obscure off the main house, but they joined the two houses with the two carports. Pls see the photos I have posted! We highly recommend their product and their outstanding team!

STAY CLEAR, They will not do as they promise, they will wonder into your property without permission thinking its ok. They used the excuse that they tried calling but couldn't get through. Would not recommend and will definitely not be going back.

STEER CLEAR of Patio World! All of their staff, loop hole contract & expensive for average build quality! Once sale is made, the salesman does not care. We feel also it is mis-managed. When we brought our concerns & issues to the manager he never followed up, or returned our calls. NEVER go to Patio world for a car port despite everything they promise you it is never delivered. GO ELSEWHERE!

We were happy when Patio World said they’d call or come out they stuck to their word and kept us informed if any change. You don’t get that a lot these days. From our first meeting for a quote to the final approval we had great service. While doing the plan the measurements was checked many times to make no mistakes. The construction of our caravan roof was done in good time, great workmanship and attention to detail. The workman were friendly and cleaned up well before leaving. The end product looks great, cool underneath as well as functional.
