My GP is Dr Edmond Dyogi i am his patient more than 10 years. I have nothing to complaining about him or staff. They doing their job well and professional.

Fabulous service by doctors and reception staff. Very caring team been a patient for over 25 years.

Reception staff and warm and understanding. DR Snaith is a great listener and understands what is going on. My kid's enjoy coming to see her when needed.

I DO NOT recommend dr snaith.she left me with a tick in my head and claims “there isn’t anything there” after looking at my head with a magnifying glass. I remained with site swelling, headaches, nausea for a few days.then i went to another doctor and he proceeded to pull out a tick from my head. Earlier this year i took my child to get medical care plan for child care- she had no idea what this was and just said “if he had an anaphylactic reaction, just call an ambulance” without giving us an Epi pen.however he isn’t anaphylactic, he is intolerant. Even if he was anaphylactic, she didn’t even talk about or give us a Epi pen.by the time an ambulance would’ve been called, it would’ve been too late. How someone remains with a medical license is beyond me.

The best doctors ive ever been do. I refuse to go anywhere else. Staff is amazing, always on time and make you feel so safe and comfortable at all times.

As soon as I walked in at the very first time a few month ago, everybody was truly kind and friendly. Admin team is Superb️️️
Dr. Abdul is a very caring and helping doctor.

I Have only been attending the practice since the beginning of the year. In that time i am so pleased with the way the practice is run. From the reception staff to the nurses and doctors they are all so caring and supportive. Highly recommend

The doctor I have been seeing there just likes to push medication for every single issue. He doesn’t get to the bottom of anything. He masks symptoms with medication and keeps you coming back for more meds. Instead of using his brain to solve the underlying medical problem. Worse 5 years after seeing that doctor than I was before this mystery illness started. Finally saw a specialist who gave an insight into what it wasn’t. But the GP disregarded the specialists advice and totally gas lit me. So I am finally seeing a GP I have to pay for. And at least being listened to. And not spoken over.

WOW! The staff at Parkwood Family Practice is so incredibly kind and caring they look after you every way possible and help you out with anything you need or want also they get your appointments on time so you not waiting in the waiting room for ages like the hospital so you get to see your GP on time as if it was like walking in and out they are very kind and lovely they do their very best to look and help after their patients and the nurse, who is also a wonderful woman she knows her stuff and looks after you very well if you need to see her please respect them at all times xxx

Great practice, wonderful admin staff and great doctors. I been coming to this practice for years to see Dr Linnett, overall friendly and kind supportive team at Parkwood Family Practice.

I would just like to compliment the staff at Parkwood family practice they are amazing they are thoughtful they are so caring and honest they will give you the shirt off the back if they could and they always try and get you in with your doctor as soon as possible which is wonderful they are always helping the doctors as well as the patients they should be well well praise for the amazing job that they do when the abuse that they get and they can’t have an angry attitude back even though that like to jump over the counter and give them a hiding but you just never see them angry they’re always happy and placid and that’s why we go to the parkwood family practice it’s a family atmosphere Well done ladies and the other staff

If your hours say you’re open until a certain time stay open until then or, otherwise change the times on your website. Disappointed to turn up to pick a script up on a Saturday to see the clinic closed when it should be open. Also the reception staff are extremely friendly… I’m only joking.

As far as this place goes my Dr has been wonderful in helping me, but the reception staff are absolutely rude and unprofessional towards patients, it’s clear to me you not here to help patients at all, if questioned you will be simply hung up on, this is what you will receive for trying to get help. Communication, compassion and some common courtesy goes along way.

Please check when issuing scripts via Telehealth appointments. The Pharmacist and myself have called numerous times to have a script amended to the correct quantity. It has been issued, cancelled and re-issued and is still incorrect. Will contact your practice tomorrow to hopefully get the issue resolved.

My issue is with the Amin staff. They are often so rude I've been going to the centre for over a year and nothing's changed. They are still rude, arrogant & speak condescending

Dr. Boni is horrible and rude. Yelled at the receptionists and me because no one had asked me if I had covid or flu symptoms. Told me that she didn’t want to be near me and had to get her whole office cleaned cause of me. She ended up just giving me a doctors note with no advice how to feel better. Then proceeded to tell me I am welcome to come back as if there was a possibility that I would be banned. WHO SAYS THAT? I left crying. Have never felt more humiliated. This lady should choose a new career with zero human interaction.

One of the doctors stuffed up the paperwork for a medical exemption and after 2 weeks of phone calls between them myself and medicare it is still not fixed and im left sitting at home unable to work

I had an appointment with dr larissa, i didn’t even read the reviews on her and i didn’t even book in with her i had to booked in with any available doctor that day because i had a very bad sore throat and she was the only one that available, and let me tell you i had the best experience with her, she was open and i felt so much better after i went to see her twice, before that i had to see another doctor and i only gotten worse his medications didn’t make me any better but with dr larissa she made sure i stayed home and rest and by the next day i already feel so much better

We were in gold coast with my family during New Year holidays when I had to visit a doctor for my son. The GP was friendly and nice but the receptionist "Sonia" was unbelievable rude to us. She did not listen to what I was trying to explain. Even though there was no one at the waiting room, she asked us to leave and come back exactly on the appointment time. No local manager present at the day to raise the query or complain. Will NEVER return there again.
