Wow, what is there to say about this butcher shopé. The owner has an amazing passion for providing some of the most amazing local to the best Australian sourced produce, being fresh meat to small goods. The Shopé has grown so much over the years and the dry aged cabinet turns out some great steaks. If they don't have it ask the team and they can make your meat dreams happen.

We had the honey lamb chops for tea! Hands down the best lamb chops I have ever had. Always great service and the guys go the extra mile to satisfy your meaty needs. Can’t recommend them enough.

Best butcher in CQ! The lads are extremely friendly and never forget a face even when you come back after a year away! They’re crown king of the sausage and it’s a title most deserving. The Honey, duck & pistachio sausages are my favourite.
