4My son has attended Papillio for over a year now and my daughter just started a few weeks ago in the nursery. Overall we’ve had a great experience and the current staff are wonderful. My son is always happy to go and each time we pick him up you can tell he’s had a great day. My daughter’s transition to the nursery has been seamless and lead educator Kim made that possible. She’s very attentive and loving, making it easy to leave my little one with her. I am very appreciative of Papillio!
Rate 1 star as the Lead Educator Kim in Nursery is unprofessional and rude. She is incapable of exercising professionalism and is a giant power tripper she says things to parents about "exercising positive relationships" yet she is incapable of exercising positive relationships at work.
She is toxic to other educators and she is a big power tripper. She bosses people around yet she works as little as she can. I would never want my young child in her care. She needs education on her own mannerisms and she needs to practice what she preaches. Do not need that toxic energy.
Finding a childcare centre is a daunting experience, Papilio Sherwood’s manager Belinda made the enrolment process smooth and easy and welcomed unlimited play and stays to ease the transition for both my child and myself. All staff were welcoming, accomodating and helpful.
Staff are very rude, food given to children is not healthy specially fruits are not fresh.
In morning tea there are process food.
