Great party place. The only thing is their cooling/air conditioning needs to be a little stronger. Can get quite hot during our hot Qld summer!

Honestly for the price im pretty annyoed that when they do their nails it doesnt stay it just wipes off they do not prep them first the girls kept rolling their eyes begging the boss not bring the kids up i heard it all not impressed if you wanted more money my partner said he would like i payed like 800 dollars honestly you cant get nail polish to stay i dont even do nails i can do better

So much fun. Everything a little girl could want for her birthday. The staff are so good with the kids and very accommodating. Everyone commented how good it was.

My daughter & her friend had a joint turning 9 party and it was fabulous! We had 19 little princesses, they loved the games, food and especially the makeup n glitter. We chose the disco room and the girls loved singing to their requested songs also. We were able to bring in a few extra things for the lolly bags aswell. Thank you to Sean & David for answering all our questions and got the whole
event organised. Thanks to the fairy godmothers for taking care of our little princesses.

My daughter had her 6th Birthday Party at the new Upper Coomera location recently. We were thrilled that there was a venue back up the northern end of the Gold Coast as there has only been one on the Southern end for a few years now.
I arranged for the Deluxe Pamper Party Package - red carpet on arrival, upstairs pamper spa for the girls (my daughter said the pedicure was her favourite part), then downstairs for princess themed snacks on a beautifully decorated long table & a throne for my daughter to sit on as the Birthday Girl. All the girls were treated like royalty by the Fairy Godmothers (3 for a party of 7 girls).
Once my daughter was done with her food she was ready for hair, makeup & face jewels. The rest of the girls enjoyed a dance & party games, whilst also taking turns having their makeup done & hair glittered.
The Fairy Godmothers were amazing with the kids - they looked like they actually enjoyed doing what they were doing. Being relatively young themselves, they definitely would change a lot of peoples mindset of the general consensus of the "typical Gen Z" - they were always a step ahead of me making sure I didn't have to lift a finger. They really were real-life Fairy Godmothers!
I can't remember their names - but the girls that hosted on 23rd September - I applaud you!

I have been here twice now, and had a ball every time! The place is what little girls dreams are made of! The staff are always so lovely and helpful. They have the party down pat! The girls have a dream time. It is a must for little girls parties!

The staff were absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in they knew who my little girl was. She was shy at first but after that warm welcome she was ready to party. As she walked in feeling a bit shy… she was greeted with ‘“you must be Mia” and they all cheered!

Great hosts and a really enjoyable experience.

My girls had the best Disco party this morning! The room was beautifully decorated, the games and food were great and the fairy godmothers made all the kids feel like princes and princesses. Highly recommend this venue!

Great venue & great staff! My niece attended a birthday party there and it was amazing! Kids were so happy and parents didn’t have to do a thing! New owner has really taken the place to a NEW LEVEL! Absolutely perfect for a kids birthday party! Vibes were amazing!

My daughter took my grand daughter there for her birthday to be pampered. The young girl that looked after my grand daughter was really lovely.

My daughter her had 5th birthday at Pampered Princess Day Spa on the weekend. The venue was beautifully set up and the fairy godmothers were amazing with our daughter and her 4-8yo friends. I received fantastic feed back from parents and their children of how much fun they all had. There isn't alot of food provided/served at the party however PPDS are more than happy for you to byo.

Great entertainment for a little girls party. All the kids ages 5 to 10 had a ball. Well set up and great fun to watch!

So bad! Unprofessional, unsafe, untrustworthy.
1. Told us ours would be only party on and photos could happen early upstairs BUT arrived and was no access with another loud party happening upstairs.
2. Gifts for our 4 yr old stolen by guests at this other party as no provision for separate gift tables and no supervision by staff.
3. Party started late and no hosts supervising 4 yr olds being dropped off, as was promised. This was in premises opening directly onto car park. So unsafe.
4. Food was terrible. Full of sugar. Marshmallow skewers had sharp long points for 4 yr olds. So unsafe. Only healthy option was a few pieces of fruit.
5. Unsatisfactory in resolving problem of stolen gifts.

This was by far the worst experience I have had with birthday venues the party was poorly run with no adults running the party the kids just run riot and the food was stale do not book

I got Groupon deal mum and daughter pack for myself and my mother in law whose birthday present. I booked for 4 of us. When we arrived only one staff there she didn’t know anything about our booking. Admin lady booked for me who’s been on holiday another admin had no idea. We specially went for nail service however nail person’s been on holiday which I didn’t know. We left and asked refund. We were so looking forward to having nails and hi tea today. It was really really disappointing happen to us. We didn’t want arrange another day as we came from NSW. Takes too long sometimes when cross the border. We were not sure how long takes so left home 90mins before (usually 20mins) this morning then killing time at park half an hour before arrival.
I felt sorry lady who worked there today. She was so confused. She tried to do best she could. She offered us braiding kids hair but one daughter has short hair and another one I can do by myself as hairdresser. I used to have own beauty salon so we prefer professional nail technician to do for us as especially my mother in law’s birthday gift. I hope I will get full refund.

We went to Burleigh to get the braids with coloured extensions. I was really impressed with Ellie, she really looking after my kids and did an amazing job. We booked for 5 braids to be done and she did so well. Definitely be coming back for a birthday party

This is the worst customer experience of my life. We booked an appointment at 10am in Robina and we’re told to come back at 1145 as a they were running late. We then returned at 1145 and were told another hours wait.
The website says max of 3 bookings per time slot but they’re were only two lady’s there braiding.
The poor girls at the braid bar had no break and lots of angry mums screaming at them.
Lots of sad little girls crying as their mums had to cancel due to running 2,5 hours late, very disappointing and a poor way to run a business.

My daughter had her 8th birthday party here recently and it was great. I didn't have to do a thing, the girls even cut the cake for me. The only thing my daughter didn't like was sitting around waiting for each friend to have their nails painted, maybe they could play party games whilst this was done (that's what they did whilst they were getting their "makeup"). Other than that they all had a fantastic morning
