Very nice place and easy to access. Unfortunately the weather prevented us from having this incredible experience. The staff were very warm and pleasant, apologizing a thousand times even if it was not their fault. Safety first. We were refunded immediately. Thanks again to them for their welcome. Maybe next time.

Such a wonderful experience saw several whale's and calves also had bonus turtle and some dolphins

A tour that is absolutely recommended. A very good crew who reported openly about whales and their habitat. A great day trip to see whales in their natural habitat without interfering with it. The day will not be forgotten

What a wonderful experience! 100% recommended. Great crew and tour. The whale was around the boat for 30 min approx.

This was a once in a lifetime experience, the crew were so friendly and you could tell just how passionate they are about these gorgeous whales, along with learning plenty of new things about these creatures we were able to see 2 mother and calf pairs, one of which came right up to the side of the boat, and we were even lucky enough to use an underwater microphone to hear a male whale singing!

This is an absolute must if you visit the sunshine coast, it was an absolute blast!

Great experience with these guys. Took us about 40 minutes to see our first pod and for the next hour or so, we kept on seeing them breach, etc. None of the whales came to boat though.

The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Although today we had to venture out a long way into Platypus Bay it wasn't too much trouble. We saw 3 small pods of whales and they were putting on a great show for us. Would also recommend as it is not for profit so everything goes back into the company. Fabulous work and thoroughly enjoyed our day.

Best whale watching tour! Learned a lot about Hervey Bay and the whales. And after spotted some, Jason drove us near but not too near to them. One of the whale even swam underneath the boat. Definitely recommended. Did the tour twice.

Absolut zu empfehlen! Freundliche Mitarbeiter, die gerne mit ihrem Wissen auf Fragen eingehen. Das relativ kleine Boot ermöglicht einem, die Wale so nah wie möglich zu sehen ohne sie in ihrem Lebensraum zu stören. Non-profit Organisation -> das ganze Geld geht in die Forschung und Naturschutz. Daumen Hoch dafür! Gibt keine bessere Tour in Hervey Bay.

Best whale watch tour I've ever been on! In every way, fantastic adventure, really fun on a boat that holds around 30 people, really fun ride out to the bay. The staff were amazing, 3 really cool women, so happy to share their knowledge and enthusiasm. I felt they were as thrilled and excited as the rest of us to site the whales. And as for the whales.wow.what a show, coming right up to and under the boat. We were so close to the water it was the best tour ever! Highly recommend

We had the best experience here! The crew really knows everything about the whales and the area where they live. Very enthusiastic and they know how to take that enthusiasm to the costumers. We saw a lot of whales and they were even singing and swimming under our boat. Definitely recommend this!

Very good staff. We expected to get a lot closer to whales. There were other boats way closer. I realise they need to be protected but the marketing is misleading. We see just as good a view and sometimes better from the shoreline when they swim down the coast.
And seriously, a small bag of cookies and a soft drink is not Refreshments.

My partner and I chose to see the whales with Pacific Whale Foundation and we were blown away by the knowledge of our ever-chipper guide (Darcy) and the great knowledge our captain (Andrew) had as well. Being able to see the whales up close in their environment and the lovely commentary along the way was just superb.

We went in the afternoon tour time (2-5pm) and the sunset over the water was simply magical.

I'd highly, highly recommended choosing to go with Pacific Whale Foundation for anyone including families wanting to experience the whales up close as the value for money and experience had was worth it!

Wonderful experience onboard, the ladies were very knowledgeable and found us a beautiful pod of whales to view.
Will be doing this again, no worries.

Wow. I literally prayed for a whale to come right next to the boat, and boy was I not let down! A beautiful boy whale came right next to our boat for what felt like 30 minutes. I liked how the smaller boat allowed us to “become acquainted”. The staff are professional and friendly, and I gained an experience to treasure! Would definitely recommend this more intimate atmosphere for getting to know the whales haha Thank you to the whole team, and our new whale friend of course!

Great tour. Guides were very informative and professional. Smaller group which gave us room to move around the boat to take pics. Would highly recommend
