Terrible customer service, young woman too interested in her phone to listen and assist customers.

Sorry but will be avoiding this store as the young staff seem more concerned about their phones than customers and the shop needs a good dust and clean. Went in one day and walked out again as the guy couldn't even put his phone down to serve me

Came in this afternoon and can guarantee that staff are helpful, friendly and have great communication skills. Young ladies were very dedicated to their work and helped me to the maximum. Best news agency in Pacific Pines! Keep up the great work.

I would never go to this newsagent ever again, they wont order anything for you, there is young girls that work there that don't listen to what you need, you put your lotto on but they give you the wrong dates lotto, it's my local newsagent but I would rather go further away to a different one, don't waste your time people find somewhere else to go.
