Should have read these reviews before purchasing. All the 1 star reviews speak volumes.

In short Purchased a faulty blaster for $590.
They blatantly have accc poster on there counter explaining if you purchase an item with a major fault they are required by law to replace or refund. Even on the day of purchase the girl behind the counter boasted how I was smart to purchase here as "other places" don't have refund and warranty.

After 3 visits trying to reair in store They insisted on sending a pretty much brand new blaster back to manufacturer for repairs. When they have replacments in stock. Probably never hear from them again and be left with no money or blaster judging by other reviews.

Even puts some clown on the phone to me that try's to argue that he is the God of retail and called me a liar for saying jb hifi exchange faulty products on the spot after he tried telling me "even if I brought a faulty product at jb they would make me wait for it to be repaired "

These guys obviously sell truck loads of cheap rubbish and do not care about customer service BEWARE! I have had better customer service from Chinese online stores

Any future gell blaster purchases I make will be online with reputable stores like GBU and IHobby.

All the help in the WORLD needed, any problems you have see DOV he's an absolute champion. High asset to Ozblasters CAIRNS.

Went to the shop staff were friendly, I paid for a gel blaster and to have it posted to me.
That was over 2 months ago.
Have never recived the gel blaster. Have made several phone calls and still no gel blaster and explanation.

Nothing short of expert knowledge friendly service that’s beyond rare to find these days. Huge selection of quality products, reasonably priced with a genuine smile. 11/10* ask for Dov, he will surely sort you out.

ZERO STARS: - (RIP OFF SHOP! - STAY CLEAR! Shop would Not let an Old Pensioner try their product in shop B4 Purchase. Needless to say: Product didn't work when old fella got it home. Then, they Refused To Refund their Faulty Product, and had the Audacity of Accusing the Poor Disabled Old Pensioner of "Changing his mind" - AND. Turns Out: They Charged the Ol' man FOUR TIMES the price of other Gel Blaster Stores in Cairns! For that same product. - So: "Buyer Beware": - (Is all we can say.

Bought a M16 form these guys, when I opened the box there was no magazine with it. Tried to get hold of them for a week. Steer clear, first read the reviews

Bought something that was in the box which I wasn’t allowed to see if it was quality and got home to find it broken, then went to return it to then be rejected and told it was non refund able. Absolutely rediculous will stick to ordering online. 1 star would be lower if I could.

Horrible customer service. Doesn’t give refunds for faulty products. Staff don’t respond to messages and treat customers like they are stupid.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced, I bought a product and wasn’t allowed to see the quality of it, it snapped on me straigh out of the box, if I could I would definitely recommend this store to shut down and get replaced,
The manager is a rude and disrespectful person who will scam you

The director of this business is REFUSING refund to me for a faulty $1199 scooter that snapped in half riding down a pathway after 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE due to missing bolts from the manufacturer.

This is a major defect in their product and I will be reporting this business to office of fair trading, ACCC and also lodging a dispute with QCAT.

This is what you will also have to do to receive a refund should your products from Ozblasters cairns be faulty

Came in just to have a look, the guy there was very welcoming and offered for us to try a few of the guns at no cost, even with us stating we were just looking due to living in Nsw. Tried a few and it was great fun. Thanks for the hospitality.

I 'purchased' a blaster that was ordered in by a past staff member. The director/owner decided it was my problem that this past staff member sold me a product on the pre-tense that I would actually receive the item. Said individual has moved on. No money back nor any contact. I am writing this because I am extremely disappointed. To add, I had purchased before from this store so did have confidence in ordering something that wasn't in stock. I hate to leave a bad review; I would love if someone got in touch to rectify this issue.

Geoff from up there has been very helpful and has been helping me out to deal with one of my guns that has never worked since day dot. I have to say thank you to the guys up there for giving the help i needed to support me to get it fixed up and help me organise what to do

This place offers great service with helpful people to guide you to your perfect gel blaster, blasters work very well as well.
