Lisa and her husband were really easy to deal with. The wheelchair that I hired was in good clean condition and I was told that they sanitise all the equipment when it is returned. I needed to return the wheelchair early and they were able to make that happen to suit me.

Excellent service. This was a fantastic experience. Their willingness to accommodate our needs was amazing. The initial booking and delivery of a wheelchair (at very short notice) was seamless. Not only was the product perfect but responding to a request to extend the hire outside of normal operating hours was outstanding. We hired a baby pram for our holiday in Cairns.
The whole experience was so easy and it was great to have a pram when we got to our hotel. The pram was delivered to our hotel before we even checked in and we just left it at concierge to be picked up on check out. Would definitely use this again next time!

Made our car seat dilemma a dream - we are still rear facing our toddler and it's VERY HARD to get seats that fit a rear-facing toddler in Australia (compared to Europe and the US, which blows my mind as Australia is so road safety conscious in every way except when to turn a car seat around!) To get off your plane and have it already installed was heaven! Thank you so so much Lisa! Travelling with kids is hard, am so grateful for those who make it easier!

Oz Baby Hire made our first family holiday with our 7month baby so easy and care free. Such a fabulous idea to hire baby equipment in our holiday destination. We recently travelled to Port Douglas with our 15 month old for a holiday with another family (and their 15 month old), we used Oz baby hire for prams, cots and high chairs and they were truly fantastic.
Lisa was so fast to reply and assist with any query we had and they arranged with our Airbnb prior to arrival to deliver the items and it was all there when we arrived. The products were fantastic and I couldn’t recommend using Oz baby hire enough. It truly made our holiday and travelling with little ones so much easier.
