OxWorks Brendale were absolutely fantastic. Their customer service and product delivery was brilliant. I’ve only shopped here once and the experience far exceeded my expectations. Will highly recommend. 5 Stars.

I placed an order with head office in Sydney and I needed to pick it up from Brendale as it close. The staff were excellent and friendly. Special thanks to Hayden for looking after my order and putting it into my car.

Had to wait over an hour to pickup my order that was already a week late while these clowns stood around staring at customers. Slowly watched 10 customers get their pickup orders ahead of me. Such a disrespectful waste of your customers time. My advice is go somewhere else. Also oxworks upgrade your customer pickup system for crying out loud.

Good product, extremely poor service when ordering over the phone. Quick to take your money then there's no urgency with your product being made.t

Worst company I have dealt with, there is zero customer service at brendale, they all drop their heads when you walk in which I can only imagine is because they are expecting a tirade of abuse for stuffing so much stuff up.
They do not care if you lose money on labour because they have told you something will be there and it is not, the management have zero idea of what they are doing, don't waste time complaining to them because no one there wants to hear it or to try and get it right.

I am a woman that doesn’t know much about buying fence supplies. Was helped by a nice young man but not advised completely accurately. I asked if they could recommend an installer, they did. Installer was awful and messed up and didn’t complete the job. Oxworks have washed their hands and will not help me out at all, even though they said they would. I was recommended this installer by Oxworks and wouldn’t have used him if they didn’t suggest him. Poor service. They over promised and delivered nothing. Go to anywhere else. I have to deal with a VERY costly mistake as I trusted this big company.
Don’t use Oxworks.

LDM Fencing

What a joke. I am lost for words at the utter lack of care and customer service received by the team at oxworks Brendale with regards to our fence posts order. Order placed 2 weeks ago, told a week for the sheets to be made. Delivery date Fri 25th. No delivery. After numerous phone called they said it would come the Saturday morning. Half of it did. The second half apparently wasn’t ready yet. Wasted weekend of organised trades, no fence. Was due to be delivered early the following week. Phone calls everyday chasing, promised delivery on Friday. (The guy will deliver it in his way home in his ute 4.30, he’ll need help unloading.) shocking customer service, but we need our fence. So sure. Here we are 6.14pm and no fence. No phone call, no out of hours number. Another weekend of organised help, wasted. We will never be using oxworks again.

We spent over $10k on products from OXWORKS. 1st delivery of products was incorrect and asked for them to rectify. They did so and then sent another incorrect order and held our construction up for over 2 weeks (time costs and labour costs we had to wear and they did not care) After trading over 20 emails and another 22 phone calls to try and get some resolution, they just avoided us and wouldn't take calls or respond to emails any further - My very strong advice.go elsewhere.

Really happy with the service and communication that we received. Paige in the office was very helpful and friendly. Couldn't be more happy with the custom gates we ordered, very high quality at a good price. Would definitely recommend Oxworks to family and friends.

It was a pleasure to work with Emma and Dave on a pool fencing porject. Communication, advice and workmanship were all great. Loved the finished job. Would highly recommend.

Smooth and easy business as it should be. Quality workmanship, on time service, good price and excellent communication. Exactly what you want when paying somebody to come and do work on your home. From my 15+ years in construction he is up there with the best.

Emailed Oxworks on Tuesday, they replied same day with detailed information. I made payment on Wednesday and my items were delivered by the Friday before the weekend. To say we are pretty chuffed is an understatement. Great customer service with good knowledge base

I am just your everyday home handyman building a couple of colorbond gates. The website makes it easy to work out what you need. Ordered on a Sunday online and had delivery at 7.30am on the Monday. Outstanding. An extra panel was on top to prevent the remaining panels being scratched. All items were packaged well.

The team at Oxworks - Brendale have been fantastic with the supply of our new fence and gates. David in particular has provided exceptional customer service, which was much needed for a novice like me. Great quality products at competitive prices too.
