Oxley Nursery

My wife and I visited the nursery. My wife uses a walker to assisted her walking. The paths and carpark have a look of small rocks that caused the wheels to keep locking. As a consequence My wife did not have the chance look at at much of the nursery.
Paths are nothing like on the website. Disappointing.

My friend and I purchased 3 plants about 5 months ago from this nursery. On a closer look, we’ve noticed that the plants have mealybugs on it and now all of our house plants are infected! Super disappointed. I probably wouldn’t purchase from again: (

Massive range of healthy plants available. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. New plants coming in all the time.

Our favourite nursery to visit. The variety of indoor, outdoor and rare plants is incomparable - the pricing matches. The staff are welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. The layout of the nursery is organised with plenty of space to venture around. For any plant lover it's a must go.

I have been buying plants from Oxley Nursery for so many years. Unfortunately I won’t be returning to this place ever again.
The employee was very mean no customer service manners. (tall lady with a short hair). My daughter and I were looking for Anako plants. I have photos on my phone. Which I would like to ask someone if they have it for sales. Inside the nursery I only saw one staff who was talking to the couple. My daughter and I waited for 10 minutes then we moved to searching for the plant and hope she will finish with her customer so I can ask her a question. After 10 minutes searching we found Anako. But it a-bit too small. So I really would like to ask staff if they have a bigger plant.
The same staff and the same customer were moved to other side and happened to be where I found the plants
The staff was talking to someone on a waking talking also with customer.so I
waited until she finished a conversion.then I was politely ask if they have anything bigger. The staff said “ that it “with grumpy attitudes and said “I am with the customer “? I was so surprised with her attitudes and then she turned around shaking her head and gossip about me being rude (I was told by my daughter later when I was in the car. If I have known this I won’t spent any money there at all today)

I really don’t think I have been rude at all. I thought their conversations ended. And my one second question should be ok! As I have waited for over 20 minutes to ask.and I don’t mind waiting for my turns.
I felt very embarrassed and humiliated. Her tones of voice was so nasty and unkind.
Each time I go to a Nursery I always bought something not just a window shopping!

Good selection of plants at good prices. No issues with parking or anything. Staff were friendly and helpful.

They Oxley Nursery is a fantastic place for all your green thumb needs. I have been there numerous times - the team have all the tips and tricks to keep your plant mum dreams alive. There is such a great range of plants for all budgets.

Travelled from Sydney to visit this Nursery. It was more then what I had anticipated it to be. Lovely treat for plant lovers. Stunning displays, many rare varieties of plants, knowledgeable, friendly and most helpful staff. Thank you so much. Can't wait to visit again. You made my day.

I purchased four beautiful mature trees for our garden. Marita at Oxley Nursery took the time to help me decide on a type of tree that would be perfect for the spot, and tracked down the extra stock for me (as there was only one in store). Communication was great and delivery was excellent. I have four beautiful and healthy trees that look fabulous in my garden and couldn't be happier with the service and quality provided.

Love, love, loved this nursery. What a treat to walk in and see everything laid out beautifully with so many choices and really well priced. Some beautiful pots as well, absolutely gorgeous. Definitely coming back real soon.

Many different types of plants. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very expensive but I have not seen any other nurseries keep their plants so well.

Excellent nursery on Brisbane's west side. Huge range of plants at reasonable prices, and importantly, staff who are happy to listen to what you're after and give good advice.

Have visited this nursery twice now. I have been happy with the selection of plants, purchasing something each time. I have found the staff lovely.

This might just be the most stunning nursery around, a beautiful, jungle like layout with kind, passionate, and knowledgeable staff. Well worth a visit for a day out or hang out even if you’re not into plants.

It would be 1 star but girls at counter were lovely. We were spoken to by a skinny older man who talked to us in a condescending tone and treated us like idiots. I asked at counter if he was the owner and was told his name was Brad and is just a worker. I was going to buy 4 plants, put 2 back out of disgust, wish put all back.

Great customer service from the staff, beautiful selection of plants and products to choose from.
