Not a professional company - subcontractors taking 7 weeks; spreader not positioned over the roof: roof debris and razors left on the propert; roof insulation moved and piles of debris left in roof: driveway damaged. Bad experience.

The whole team were extremely cooperative and helpful from the start. The job was done on time, the guys on site were really nice, respectful and considerate. It was all finished off perfectly and in great time. They cleaned up well and pictures of the whole roof were emailed for us to see.
It feels great to know we have a good looking, well sealed and insulated roof over our heads.
We could not recommend them enough.

Unfortunately my experience with Over The Top Roofing wasn't great. The communication was terrible. I contacted the office after not hearing from anyone 3 weeks after I paid the deposit to ask when my roof was booked in to be restored and the lady I spoke to came across rude and unhelpful saying they can't give an exact time as they are overwhelmingly busy. The roof paint was also delivered to my property without any prior notice. One month later the sub contractor they use text me saying he will be doing my roof restoration the following day giving me no notice and no choice but to say go ahead as I was worried the job would be months off getting completed. I did not see the cleaning of roof before it was painted but the paint work looks acceptable.
