Good product range, good merchandising and good knowledge from staff. If I want anything Webber this is the first place I always go.

Mongerals there have their speech downpat.nothing but confusion. Dont phone, go into aSPLEY store to avoid having to make a trip across town.

Excellent bbq's, and they know their stuff about them too. And will even show you how to use them in store.

Weber is quality that comes at a cost but well worth it. Staff were hit and miss. The young bloke on duty seemed to be chasing wealthy boomers around the store and ignored me more than once. The lady on duty addresses me when she became free, 10 minutes later I was walking out with a new bbq. Was quietly satisfying watching said young bloke load my purchase for me!

Disappointing online & phone experience. Sent a message through their contact page but didn't receive a response other than the automated reply advising that the Outdoor Loving (sic) team would be in touch.
Rang one store and while I did get the information I felt that they couldn't be less interested in the possible problems with their website. I bought the item elsewhere.

It's supposed to be a 'Weber store' but doesn't stock spare parts. So, if your Weber BBQ needs some TLC to get it working again.this place won't be able to help, save yourself the trip. Pretty useless tbh.

Cooking demo's the first Saturday of every month, food is always good, the staff are friendly and know their way round the bbq's and accessories.

Plenty of shops to choose from. All wheelchair accessible and public toilets are also available.

Great service! Was awesome walking into the store and getting the help that I needed. The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful I’ve ever encountered. Will continue to go there for all of my BBQ needs. Thanks guys!

Rude staff
The middle aged New Zealand lady in the bbq section was rude and condersending.

We went in to buy a Webber but after basically being made to feel we don’t know anything we left.

We will still be buying a Webber as the product is great for us.

But NOT from Aspley we will go to the fortitude valley store

Wow. Seriously great service. I got screwed around by my bank while they waited past closing time until resolved. Went well beyond most to get me what I wanted on the night. Could not be happier.

What a great store, huge range of furniture and Weber BBQ's and open 7 days a week. Recommend a visit you will love the quality and teh great value prices.
