Outdoor Elegance Brisbane

It was a long drive from my home to Outdoor Elegance in Virginia, but well worth the drive! Excellent choice of outdoor furniture at reasonable prices.

Kim was awesome, she was very well versed in the product Sold at the showroom. We were looking outdoor extension table settings and Kim helped with her knowledge and provided opportunity to try different configurations. Pricing, style, plenty of choice and flexibile packages allowed us to make an educated decision and purchase. Great place great sales staff.

Staff at Outdoor Elegance were extremely helpful. Range in store was amazing! In August 2022 I purchased an extending aluminum table +8 chairs and one single sofa with puff. Could not be happier with purchase. Delivery was on time and again staff were efficient.
Worth the drive to talk with staff and view product rather than just ordering online.

Kerri in store at Brisbane was brilliant. Also dealt with Adriana who was good too. Lastly Brad & Jesse we’re the icing on the cake. Fantastic customer service AND the furniture is beautiful. Love it all. Will definitely be back & will be referring. Thanks again

Prudence Day

Just had a delivery from Brad and Jesse and really couldn’t have asked for anything more. They were fast and efficient and accomodate my many requests to reposition a very heavy table without complaint. Great guys and a highly recommended delivery service.

The Staff are friendly and helpful. It was our first time here, and we are looking for Sunbrella fabric for our outdoor lounges. We did some measurements and will be back for more items.

This is my very first time of leaving a review for any business after 20+ years of being a consumer.
The ongoing service provided by Outdoor Elegance Virginia has simply left me so impressed that it has led me to do this. The after service is just an absolute stand out! Most of our furniture has now been replaced without the need to jump through the usual hoops. This furniture was purchased nearly 5 years ago! Staff have only been helpful and understanding. If like to have confidence in any after service and warranty I HIGHLY recommend anyone to visit this store.

We visited the Virginia store yesterday and were impressed with the exceptional and genuine customer service offered by a Peter. Seems like he knew exactly how to take care of customers who need guidance and confidence in their purchase. He helped us try different configurations to help me visualise things. We literally spent hours doing this until will we found the perfect Aspen combination for our family. Peter was extremely patient and understanding to our customer needs and always had a solution to every problem we presented him. Big fan Peter

I visited the Virginia store this morning with a serious intent to purchase a piece of their furniture. The store has a decent range of quality outdoor furniture and there were a few items that caught my attention. However, after a brief conversation with the store manager who's people skills are less than desirable, not to mention a personality to match my desire to buy anything from her store evaporated instantly. I'm not sure if deterring customers from purchasing your stock is the business objective or just a culture within this store, nevertheless it works.
Just a message to the store manager: You must be forgetting one important thing: there are many more similar outlets around South East Queensland where friendly staff is more than happy to do business with their customers.

I visited the Virginia store today, what an amazing, vibrant, beautiful, clean store. It had a very good range of furniture. I had a conversation with the Store Manager who had such amazing knowledge of the furniture and a bright and bubbly personality she was very helpful giving me options and decorating tips for my outdoor space. I walked away with amazing ideas for my space. Thank you again to the team at Outdoor Elegance.

There was absolutely nothing in the store that you could buy directly. Everything had to be ordered. You were not able to buy anything off the floor. I was ready to place an order for two chairs to the value of $3000. However, when I asked to use the toilet, I was told that I could drive up the road and use the toilets at the service station. This is when I left the store and decided that if I was not deemed good enough to use their toilet then I would not buy their products. This is extremely sad as we bought a whole outdoor setting from the Sunshine Coast branch and were very impressed with the products and the expert advise and service we received a year ago. The Virginia branch certainly let the team down.
