Otto's Market Warrina

Overpriced and over-hyped. When Otto's was first revamped it was actually pretty good - seems now they're more about profit over quality.

I got the German hot dog and I thought I died and went to heaven. The sosig was perfectly paired with condiment and fillings. The fries were also excellent. The vibe was otherworldly as it was buzzing with energy. A very cozy space to eat bit it complimented the experience. Please come try the weiners

This place has a wide range of unique food options to choose from. It’s somewhat of a hidden gem since the view from outside is plain. However, when you go inside, it’s a very vibrant and well put together establishment.

Came in for lunch, they didn’t offer any vegetarian options so I ordered the chicken budda bowl without the chicken and bacon, only for the chef to take it back when it was done and kindly inform me the beans ontop have pork. (which was not in the menu). Thus it was only chips with nacho cheese? Sat down to eat only to be swarmed by flies and then later noticed the fruit flies swarming the front deli of the counter to, covering the veggies. For such a large business, it’s really disappointing.

Not good at managing 'wait here' line at registers. Not first time this has happened. Today not at all busy at registers, me and another gentleman were waiting for registers which were empty to serve us. They allowed three other customers to push in front and they served them. Then left us standing, eventually looking and asking us up to registers. Told them, they were polite but not really concerned.

Has potential to be a good market place but there’s no excuse for selling out of date products. I have lived here for 4 months now and have purchased at least 6 products here that are out of date. I can pick at least one product up every time I go there that’s out of date - quality control is a standard practice in supermarkets that needs to be followed!

Dropped in for a coffee and left with extensive damage to my car after inadvertently backing into a tree branch protruding into the car parking space. My fault. I reported it to alert Otto’s Market to a potential hazard and hopefully, avoid it happening to someone else. Obviously Otto’s doesn’t share my concern about their customers because operations manager never bothered to return my calls

I wish I could attach a photo to show how undercooked the boiled eggs were. It was seriously pure liquid, put us of the rest of the food on the plate/egg carton it was served in. Actually gross and disappointing

Could do with some fresh paint and a dash of refurb. Hasn't really changed since We went ice-skating there in 80s. But maybe that's the Eighties chic appeal?

Amazing place, very popular, efficient friendly service. Great range of pastries and breads etc.

We had four cheese cheeseburger and pulled pork burger.
The pulled pork burger was way too dry my husband couldn’t finish it.
The cheeseburger was great.
Chips were very nice and crunchy.

Otto used to be our favorite place to visit, but not until one of your counter staff teasing my teenage girl about her accent. Seriously not something what we were expected when we were just trying to order our food. Highly disappointed.

Nice food with a different dining experience! Price slightly high. But otherwise great! Would recommend.

Horrible customer service. Allergens weren't listed in the menu item itself, only down the bottom in fine print. Family member who is anaphylactic to nuts got nuts in the salad as decoration and wasn't listed in the name of menu item. Then when asked about it the guy was rude and blunt blaming us for not asking when it wasn't listed at all. Can't say I'll be back

Coffee was delicious but some workers left my coffee sitting there without calling out because one of the male staff members was too busy talking to other people. I was very disappointed as I love the coffee but i don’t think I want to go back after that as all of the ice in my coffee melted and watered down my coffee and ruined the beautiful coffee

We are here today for lunch and it was great. The food is prepared very very quickly! We had a brisket roll, BLT and a southern fried chicken burger. Everything came with a side of chips. The portions are also quite generous and we ended up leaving half our meals as they were so big.

I went here for the first time recently & was happy to see all the foreign items, I had a ery nice shepherds pie.the cashier was soo nice
