Our service from Cassandra was phenomenal! Incredibly welcoming persona and is extremely knowledgeable on beverages! She was able to recommend a drink based on my flavour palette! It was the best drink I’ve ever had! 11/10 staff member

Our bartender Cassie was so enthusiastic about her work! She makes her drinks fast and efficiently, all while keeping up a conversation with us! Bless her soul

Melbourne Cup 2023 Event
When selecting the venue for our 2023 Melbourne Cup get together, we had very clear criteria in order of importance, Fashions on the Field, Reserved Seating, Live Music (with dancing area) and then the food, drinks etc. On the surface the Osborne Hotel ticked all boxes. But when we arrived and checked on Fashions on the Field, we were told that only 6 ladies and 6 gentlemen can be in it and the selection process would be a random draw (out of hundreds of people). Then the actual judging process was a joke, the contestants did a quick walk up some stairs (great for ladies in heels) and that was it, you couldn’t see anything. If we had known this would be the process, we would not have gone to the Osborne. This in my view is a total insult to the many people who spent months planning their look and I also expect a significant amount of money only to find out at the last minute that they really were not going to be able to part of this Melbourne Cup tradition. Also, I expect if the sponsors of the prises find out that their donations were being treated with such disrespect, they would also not be happy. So, if your criteria for a Melbourne Cup event is Fashions on the Field then I recommend you find another venue. PS the floor and bar staff were excellent.

Didnt eat here although the security guards were very professional well mannered and directed us where we wanted to go on arrival.
Arrived after 8pm
Bartenders were quick in service where we were and place was well ventilated surprisingly

Can’t fault this place, always delivers with exceptional service, beautiful food and a lively atmosphere.
Pleasure to call this one my local.

The thing I could fault is the AFL has first pick over the NRL for the big screen.

Had Georgia early the night, her charisma brought us back. Lovely service couldn’t ask for better service.

Ridiculous place. We came there to watch the football and got in trouble because we were cheering and our whole table got banned to get drinks because of 1 person. Half of us hadn't even had 1 drink yet. Annoying that I brought 15 friends there for your business. Never again. Why have football on when you can't even be rowdy that's what sport is? Pathetic and boring. Thankfully a pub up the road was more than happy to take our business and let us watch the football loud.

We booked here to hold our son's 21 st and the staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Would recommend as ana amazing venue for any occasion or simply as a place to have a drink and a feed with friends.

I went there for a lunch. I ordered pesto pasta and it was beautiful. They are very friendly and the service was very quick. They also collected the empty dishes very quick which was fantastic.
I will go there later and recommend it to others.

Meets expectations (3 stars). Extra star for an extensive beer range here: on tap (~20) and in fridge (55+). Venue was clean and tidy, staff polite, good amenities.

One of my favourite places to meet friends for any occasion. I even celebrated my 50th party here last weekend. Fantastic venue. Great staff. Great music. Great facilities.

I went tonight to hang out with friends and have food and drinks and the place look amazing but the staff is so rude, I interacted with 4 people and all of them were rude while serving. If they are not happy doing their job, why do they work there? It was at the end an unpleasant experience and don't offer service to the table, o allow to order from the table.

I hadn't been to the Osbourne since it was The Fringe Bar, but oh my the current fitout is lovely. So sumptious! Staff are super friendly, and knowledgeable about their food and drink options. Food is pretty good, chips were great.
The outdoor area is just lovely, with plenty of plants and spritzing fans in warmer weather.

If you're a beer lover, make sure you check out the taps outside as there are many more options than the few inside.

Nice spot, during busy times it does get annoying that the bar tenders don't monitor the patrons coming to the bar in order of first come

Hard to go wrong with $16 Steaks on a Thursday night at this trendy place, then they throw in half priced tinnies (about 100 to choose from) then if you're still not quite having fun they add a live band!

Great atmosphere. But pity the bar girl got us kicked out bcus one friend reached for a straw and she smacked him. Not nice luv. My friends are gentleman

The Osbourne is an awful establishment. Selective admission meaning you may be asked to leave despite being sober. Never have I felt so uncomfortable and unsure in a bar in Brisbane.
