With her exceptional customer service skill we were able to find exactly the kind of bed we were after, she provided us with all the relevant information and gladly walked an extra mile with us by assisting with transferring the bed pack to our vehicle.

We bought a bed from OMF and we’re extremely impressed with the service we received. The staff weren’t pushy with their sales pitch, they were super friendly and informative and had an answer ready for any questions we had. The products are great value for money, comparable to the big name brands, you’d hardly tell the difference. A big shout out to Helen and Tayla for their great service, highly recommend buying a bed from these guys!

Teresa was just amazing. Ive never shopped for bedding before but she actually listened to what I needed and tailored her sales technique to the experience I needed to have. Even if I don't purchase anything in the end, I couldn't recommend Teresa enough for her quality service and product knowledge! Plus bedheads with usb ports! Game changer haha

Great experience at OMF with Charlotte. She was straight forward, gave us plenty of options within our price range and was able to answer every questions we had. Overall very happy with the interaction - hoping the mattress is as good!

Have purchased from the lovely staff at Northlakes and now purchased again from the Logan store. Will always come to OMF whenever I need a mattress. So knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

Firstly I read the reviews for the OMF Logan and reading the reviews gave us the confidence to go to their showroom.
On first entering the showroom we felt very welcomed by Helen, she gave us the chance to test out some mattress's before approaching us, once we found something we were interested in Helen came over and explained the benefits to each mattress so we could narrow down what was best suited to us, we kept going back and forth as this was a big upgrade for us, going from a Queen to a King size, meant we also needed a bed base to go with the mattress, as we went through all the options and chose what we felt was most comfortable for us.she explained to us the differences from their cheaper range to their signature range, she definitely gave us her expertise and her time.
Helen is full of product knowledge and made a hard decision, very easy.
They had a good sale on their mattress's, so we could get a very good quality mattress for a fraction of the price and also the bed base she gave us a very good price.
When it came to organising delivery she said delivery could possibly be the same day, which anyone would be happy with, who wouldn't want their delivery as soon as possible, Helen confirmed with us that it was all booked in for same day.
Delivery driver rang 30 minutes before delivery and the delivery was straight forward.
They took our old mattress for a small fee which made it so much easier for us, too hard to personally to get rid off a mattress.

From start to finish the service from Helen and OMF was fantastic, we will definitely recommend to family and friends, and in future if we need other bedding upgrades we will be back.
