I’ve been a member of this gym for close to 5 years and it’s been terrific. The staff have always been lovely but Georgia on front desk is a real standout. She is friendly and efficient and helpful. She is always updating us on what’s going on or coming up and she ensures she gets to the bottom of any issues we have. Thanks Georgia for all you do!

Amazing workout! The product really does work. If you want a welcoming environment to help with gym anxiety this is the place to go!

None of the staff know what's going on. Clients state to them they are in financial trouble. They make it seem like they want to help but they don't. They give you wrong figures and even when they have staffing issues, they don't pass this on to clients and how that can affect them finding out information. Not to mention I'm sure they've breached privacy policies by discussing clients times etc with other clients. Not to mention equipment quite often breaking. It was good a year, 18 months ago but over recent months it's gone down hill- and I haven't even attended. Absolutely poor customer service. Money better spent at another gym with a PT.

30% of equipment was out of order for far longer than it should have been, though full prices, arrogant staff when cancelling

We had a lady come into our office to hand us a flyer to promote the gym, she greeted a member of the office. Most of us are already signed up to a gym and this was advised. The response from this particular lady was "oh and what do you do for fitness" not sure if that was necessary and seems a little degrading. Not really a question that she should have to answer. Maybe a more friendly approach will work guys. Thanks!

I have been going to Orange Theory Aspley for 9 months now and in that time I can’t rate the service, the workouts the trainers and the staff highly enough. I have 3 daughters and they all train with me at Aspley too. We walk out fo the studio knowing we have had a session that has pushed us to our own personal limits. Not only do my daughters train with me but my brother, best friends, their family and even my coworkers. Thanks Orange Theory

This gym is awesome! The trainers have been so patient with me and have explained and helped me along my fitness journey so far. The welcoming atmosphere and group setting for training has helped me immensely. I highly recommend this training style to everyone.

The team at Aspley have always been welcoming and encouraging of myself with my journey at their studio. The class formats continue to challenge me and all of the coaches and admin staff are amazing at their jobs.

Awesome training facility with solid workouts designed to push and improve your existing fitness levels. Staff and trainers are super energetic and passionate who will take the time to assist you if required.

Amazing workouts, always feel so good after a session! The fact that the coaches are awesome and cutomise their approach for each individual is amazing! I would highly recommend this workout for anyone at any fitness level as it's in a group setting but the exercises can always be regressed or advanced. The heart rate monitors are cool as you can track your progress! Love the fact you can have up to 36 hours of after burn after a session!

Awesome place for a great training session. Staff who care, about making sure you perform the exercises properly. Iv'e only been a couple of weeks and i feel fitter already.

Onange is like no other place I have trained before, the results speak for them selves. I have just completed 12 months here and not one training day has been the same. They always come up with another way to keep it interesting, challenging and enjoyable. In the last 8 week challenge I lost 10% of my body weight. This was achieved not only by the training but the support given from the team out side the training floor. It starts at the top with the manger Simon and his team of trainers Mel, Josh and Mark. Each using there unique skills to assist me to stay motivated and reach my goals. I have recommended 6 of my friends here and I am glad to say they are all succeeding in reaching the goals they have set. I look forward to each day here and is worth every dollar I invest in my health.

Josh and all the trainers at OTF Aspley are amazing. Their sessions provide a great environment so that we can push outselves to get the most benefit out of our sessions. Complemented by very welcoming customer service, this is a great place to improve our fitness.

If you want to avoid boring workouts try Orangetheory Fitness Aspley. It's like training with a P. T, your own cheer squad and a scientist. The workout gives you stats about how effective your workout is and because it is different you get addicted. Try it out you won't be disappointed.

Orangetheory is awesome. Staff are friendly, facilities are great and I saved a heap on a Stage two membership. Cannot wait to get the results I want!

I absolutely LOVE the team at Orangetheory Fitness in Aspley. They're so passionate at what they do and are genuinely interested in improving their customers' fitness. Definitely a pleasure to work with this studio - can't wait to start training!
