Amber and Brooke at Toowong are FANTASTIC. They ask all the right questions, offer solutions and make sure your next pair of specs are spot on. I am so grateful for the care, knowledge and fun we have every visit. Amber’s secret power is adjustments! My last pair of glasses kept sliding off my face and an inferior store said that couldn’t be fixed… but Amber made them perfect in 5 minutes. I am so grateful to the team at Toowong. I stopped by because I needed a nose pad replaced. One of their staff members, Hannah, was extremely kind and helpful. She replaced both nose pads and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Kind staff and prompt service—I highly recommend them.

Very helpful and patient staff here, and Nina is an excellent optometrist. I’m always very satisfied with the quality of lenses and testing that OPSM delivers, but I find the sales staff at the Toowong branch are also consistently knowledgeable and friendly. They allowed me to change my order the next day when I’d chosen incorrect options the day before. Plus, the optometrists here will happily remove my ingrowing eyelashes when needed. That’s service!

We went to get a pair of sunnies with prescription and almost tried on the whole stock. Josh is a legend, best customer service we ever had. Will come back again

I went to see Sue yesterday and she was amazing! As a pharmacist, prevention is REALLY important to me and for Sue to give me tips on how to prevent my eye sight from deteriorating is gold. Sue was also very thorough during my check up. You won't be disappointed.

I just wanted to pass on information regarding an extremely positive experience I had at OPSM Toowong 4066 with Optometrist Siew Yong.

Having worn classes since childhood I can honestly say Siew was the most engaging, thoughtful, knowledgable and professional Optometrist I've ever seen.

I intended to trial contact lenses for the first time (as they had always been a little daunting) and Siew was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the whole process while also providing great instruction regarding ongoing eye care and preventative measures.

I can honestly say that while Siew is with OPSM Toowong I will not be seeing any other Optometrist for the future.
