Love the new store look after refurb. The in-store experience has been pleasant. Staff were friendly and profesional, and your optometrists, Dianne and Zoe were professional, knowledgeable and patient in explaining the test results, the do's and don'ts, as well as providing recommendations and answering my questions. Warren was a courteous gentleman, loved his energy.

My only feedback is when ordering lenses, why do you charge extra $$$ for frames bought at another OPSM store? These stores operate under 1 same brand. I totally understand if they were bought from a different non OPSM store. It's less about the money ($40 extra fee - for some it's a lot and can put food on the table for their family, for some it's probably reasonable) but more about the principle.

Warren at OPSM went above and beyond in his service. He was exceptional in respect to the time taken with my family. He offered multiple solutions for questions I had and we were able to achieve a great result. 5 stars for Warren - you're a rare breed! Your help was very much appreciated. Thank you.

I have tried for over 8 years to get my prescription changed and am super sensitive to any even the subtlest changes. Where other optometrists have failed (three times no less!) OPSM were sensational, caring, thorough and above all they got the prescription right first time. I am actually relieved to have found them because I know in future I am in good hands!

I bought a pair of ray-ban glasses from the ray-ban online website.
I wanted to get them adjusted and the woman at OPSM said they would adjust them as they are a supplier of Ray-ban.

I go in 4 days ago and the man who is most competent at adjusting the glasses isn’t in till Thursday, so I come back Thursday and I’m faced with Amanda. Straight off the bat she has an attitude and is actively making me feel like I am a burden to her. After telling her very clearly that I understand they may look right on my face, from my eyes they are clearly uneven, she continued to make comments like “they are straight on your face”, “you will be making them uneven from the outside”, “it isn’t the glasses that aren’t straight, it is the head they are going on to”. I told her that they were right on my left ear, and if she could shallow out the ear curl part a little bit as it was also visibly unsymmetrical, only to be told “that is the opposite of what you have been asking me to do”. Now I don’t have to be an expert in glasses to know that Amanda was not exactly exhausting the options of adjustment in the 4 times she tried to half heatedly move the same nose piece and left arm, that ended each time with her attitude becoming more and more unsavoury.

In short, it became painfully obvious that there was no possible outcome for a successful adjustment resulting in well fitted glasses if I was to continue with Amanda in her current mood, I’m sure this encounter doesn’t represent Amanda as a person, and It may seem harsh but I don’t believe she should be allowed to touch the adjustment station, and needs to work on her customer service skills. I truly wish I ended up with the original fellow I was told could do them, I believe his name was Henry.

My elderly mother's name is Joy, she came in to get her lens changed and but your store has not lost her glasses, she needs them to get through her daily life. No one in your store has taken ANY responsibility. She was promised a call from your manager which has still not occurred. This is TOTALLY unacceptable. You need to replace her glasses IMMEDIATELY and at no cost, you have caused her a great deal of stress and anxiety. SHAME ON YOU!

I went for a regular checkup with Sneha Gehi…she noticed something not quite right with my retina, asked me back for a closer look and referred me to a
Specialist…the specialist ended up finding 5 holes in my retina and he was blown away a regular optometrist would have even found them…Thankyou!

I had an excellent experience with the optometrist, but some of your customer service staff are rather unfriendly and arrogant. I don't understand this attitude. I've been a loyal customer for a decade and have always considered OPSM a great, reliable brand. Quite disappointing.

I have been a customer of OPSM Pacific Fair for many years. Very friendly staff with excellent product knowledge and customer service. The lens quality of my glasses is the best I've had.

I just have to spread the word, Thank you so very much for your help Nikky and Di the optometrist/staff at OPsM Pacfair.
I had purchased rayban stories from Opsm Robina branch with NO single idea/guidance /info about how to use these pair from their staff (at OPSM robina branch) Especially when I unboxed the pair and found out the USB cord wasn’t compatible with my iPhone charger battery! So I was gutted and confused I can’t charge my new rayban stories at home.then i ran to OPSM Pacfair for help option because I just have a guts feeling if I went back to robina Will be just A waste of time, and I was right! The lady name Nikki had helped with with all her knowledge with her USB charger type infos, very firm, hands on and details! Highly appreciated and enlightened went home with my new pair rayban stories I obsessed and works!
