My first visit to this dentist and so far I am very happy with them. The admin team are very helpful and accommodating where they can be. I went in for a tooth repair and a treatment plan, this tooth repair is the best one I've ever had! It's like you can't tell it was ever broken, even the mouth feel straight away was good. I am an anxious visitor to dentist and the treatment team were very supportive and understanding. 10/10 recommend

The team at Ooralea dental are amazing. My 3 year old daughter had an accident and damaged her mouth badly. I rang to see what I should do and 20 minutes after the accident they saw my daughter and treated her. I can’t thank them enough for their wonderful care and calm demeanour in such a scary time.

Highly recommend this dentist. They managed to fit me in last minute for in chair whitening and I'm extremely pleased with the result. Dr Vinitha was very thorough and professional.

The clinic called me the next day to check on me after the procedure i think that says a lot about the practice. But the reason of my 5 star review is my pleasant experience. I felt i was taken care of, reassured, and i trusted the dentist a lot as he was very professional caring and totally got where im coming from, basically my fear of going to dentist. He did absolutely took care of me.

Dr Raghu and his Staff … I have left a positive experience feedback before for this little Gem of a Dental Practice and I’m going to do it again.

But how is one to explain my absolute gratitude to every single person that works at this Dental Practice? I mean most of us would never use the words (I like going to the Dentist) and yet that’s exactly how I feel when I go there.

Yes they tick all the boxes we all look for but there is something extra I have found here and that is the amazing skills and lovely chair side manner from Dr Raghu! Also Dr Raghu’s Staff, from the moment you walk in and meet the beautiful, very friendly and helpful girls at the front, to the caring Dental Assistants. You all should be so proud of yourselves, each and everyone of you put 100% into everything you do but you also make it a place I do not dread now and you also have the tick of approval from my kids.

$515 for a filling without numbing, check your bill charged for items that did not happen, will not be back.

I went to get a quote for dental implants.
After 3 appointments I was given a quote for $15000 of work I did not ask for. Still no quote for implants.

The care and service I received from Dr Raghu and his team were beyond excellent! They were outstanding! If you want the best dentist and dental experience in Mackay, look no further than Ooralea Dental Care! I cannot recommend them highly enough! I would give 10 stars if I could!
