I accidentally stumbled upon your website last week finding those 3D cards. I ordered one for my Mums 85th birthday and to save time, I asked whether you could write on the card for me. Never ordering from you before, I wasn’t sure how the order was going to be. Well, this morning, on my Mums birthday, your stunning card arrived and she photographed it. She absolutely loved it and it arrived on her birthday and I love it too. Thank you so much for the excellent product and customer service. It means a great deal to me, because I have a compromised immune system and never leave the house, and as my Mum lives 3 hours away and I have no car, I haven’t seen her for 3 years. The lack of instructions included with the number frame meant the frame was unable to be assembled. Despite multiple attempts to get in contact (phone call, text and email), no response was received and the frame was unable to be used. At a cost of nearly $80, I expected more. Very very disappointing.

I had received the incorrect item and required this item by Sunday. I have tried to call, email and messaged on all social media platform. They have not responded.

The item I received it completely different to what is on the photos. Their disclaimers only state colour may vary not the whole font of a cake topper.

Edit: I had finally received a response and was advised they will ship the correct item to me and said “ The order has been marked as authorized to deliver on Saturday. ”

Well it never came on Saturday and I didn’t want to use the incorrect item because it didn’t go with the theme that we had on Sunday.

The item ended up coming Monday which was useless. Guess I can use it to my next event. It took a while for the money to be refunded.

Got some balloons for a party I had last week and the quality of the balloons were very good.

Got a balloon garland for my sister inlaws baby shower! So convenient and absolutely stunning easy to use and make up had everything in a bundle I didn’t have to buy individually which is a bonus and is affordable! Fast delivery too

I have been waiting 2 weeks for an order that’s not been delivered but has been marked as delivered by sender. I’ve called several times, left messages and numerous emails. I spent $72.92 for 3 items and paid express shipping.
They have not once replied or returned my called and emails. I would not purchase from them. Absolutely ridiculous and very disheartening.

Ended up going to look around in person, both people we spoke to were very sweet - the one that ended up helping us the most, knew where everything was immediately and even brought up colour matching suggestions

Disappointed - balloons not the colour that I ordered, whatsoever, and no response to any of my correspondence as far as requesting a return and refund. So they may have gained 1 sale from me, but they have lost a customer with repeat business. I will never shop with them again. They fail to deliver what they advertise, and they fail to acknowledge and respond to any dissatisfied customers that attempt to solve a problem.

Extremely disappointing! I received the wrong products in the mail and the company refused to either refund or provide me with my correct order.

I've ordered a few times now for my family members birthday, Christmas and Lunar New Year's party. Always received great service and the range of products is hard to get at other shops
