One Tree Hill reviews
46 Ella’s service was 19/10.
From the pool bar service to one tree hill. I did ask for shaken but she did frozen but made up for it with the free chips at one tree hill. Recommend for a promotion I recon
It’s improved with a self contained bar over the years, but the facility is still too small for the demand that it generates. Opens at 5. You need to be there before then to get one of the few seats they have.
Great spot for afternoon drinks and antipasto platters! Get there by 3 to snag a spot and be able to order the platters as they sell out!
30 minutes before the sun sets expect a 10-15 minute line up for drinks. It gets very very busy!
You can take your drinks out to the sunset and sit on the hill!
But was absolutely worth it! Amazing views and great time.
Nice cocktails and mocktails, and a gorgeous 180° view. Definitely the best vantage point for those famous Hamilton Island sunsets.
Must visit for the sunset! Just divine! Bring a picnic rug and perhaps don’t pair your wine with pistachios if you don’t want to be harassed by cockatoos, haha
Beautiful location and great variety, however there are minimal tables and bug groups quickly take over all the seats so come early at open or you'll have to wait.
Order at counter and drinks can either be brought to your table or taken from the bar.
Place to be for sunset cocktails. Perched atop of One Tree Hill, serving cocktails, wines and beers with a tasting plate available for nibbles. Enjoy a drink and soak up the views of the setting sun. Only a small amount of tables, but you setup a picnic nearby or grab a table, or just sit in the back of your buggy with your drinks from the bar.
Incredible views. They could do with a larger selection of cocktails. The ones offered were a little disappointing
Nice place for a drink. View is relaxing. Would be good if they did some snack type food. Maybe chips or toasties for example.
A Christmas cocktail with family, view is wonderful, cocktail list very limited, but was nice. Service okay.
Totally unbeatable views, but the cocktail list was ordinary and it can be difficult to get a seat.
Would recommend taking your own food and drinks to have a picnic at sunset. Cocktails at the bar are delicious but premixed. There are very minimal food options.
Beautiful sunset and great atmosphere. The whole family had a great time from 5 to 60 years old.
Wow! This place has a variety of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), The platters were also incredible! This place will give you very quick customer service (food was given straight as we ordered). It was really nice to spend some time with my family, while watching the sunset. Overall, I give this place 5 stars!
Lovely cocktail, best views on Hamilton island. Shame it was only open from 3pm-7.30pm when we were there but otherwise great. Definitely worth checking out.
Yummy cocktails with the best view! The cocktails are quick too, because they’re on tap… perfect. Would’ve been nice for sunset, but we had to leave to get on the ferry back. Next time!
Nice sunset views and a quiet afternoon drink. Grass area fills up pretty quick just before sunset. You can BYO or buy from the bar up there.
Cocktails are on tap, so it can sometimes be a bit inconsistent in terms of alcoholic strength (we ordered three different drinks to varying degrees of alcohol level). That being said they are delicious and very Instagram-worthy.
We got the hamilton iced tea which was refreshing as well as two caprioskas which were good but in my opinion but not as nice.
I think people mainly come here for the view though, it’s simply stunning! Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
The bar is accessible via the free island shuttle bus on the blue line, it stops right at the door.
The background music is a bit folksy and was sometimes a bit jarring in its transitions but otherwise not too bad.
Poorly planned event. They sell a package and do not deliver anything near what they represent. The shared platters were "sold out" by 4: 30 and no substitutes were available. We had to purchase packets of peanuts as the only option. Long lines, no setting, severe staff shortage, overpriced drinks all make for a forgettable experience. Big thumbs down.
